Food tastes good. However, I work at the Andy's across the parking lot from this location and I frequently order lunch there and almost every time I do, my customized options are not on my sandwich. Today I order a Bootlegger Club with Xtra lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles and some oil and vinegar. What I received was a normal Bootlegger with none of what I asked for on it. As well as today I went in to pick up my sandwich and there was not a single person in the sandwich making or drive thru area. They were all in the back. The delivery guy got back from a delivery, walked in and was also quite upset that no one even knew I was there. I gave it a chance and kept ordering but there's no excuse for that whatsoever. The ticket literally tells you what's on it. Overall, terrible service and I hope they get it together before they all lose their jobs.

I don’t normally leave google reviews but had to share the great services Kai gave me today. I’m less than a block outside the delivery zone and typically prefer carry out. Due to having a sick one at home I wasn’t able to. Kai was able to work some magic to get my order delivered and was very polite and professional about it. This is what good service looks like. I recently discovered Jimmy John's again, and I'm loving it! I wish they had more options, but what they do have is excellent quality, impressive speed, and I love being able to make one purchase and it will feed my bottomless pits two or more meals! Thank you!

I placed an online order and paid extra to have bacon added a sandwich. When we picked up the order, the bacon was not on the sandwich. I called the store to request that the $2.25 be credited back to the credit card used to pay for the order. The young man on the phone told me that store policy is to refund the full amount of the sandwich. I declined store credit because I so seldom eat at this location or any location. I requested again that the money be placed back onto my card, and I was assured that that would happen within two days. Then the store manager called. I was informed that it would be a huge imposition because there’s paperwork to fill out that has to go through HR and it would take at least five days or I could come in and pick up the $2.25. Jimmy John’s lost a customer today. Horrible customer service!

This restaurant provided the best customer service. Their sandwiches are the best. The sandwiches are really delicious and fresh. I will definitely order from here again.
