Jimmy's Egg - Wichita, 21st & Rock

Started out as a great breakfast. Went back to get to go orders for our kids and the order was wrong. We take it inside and the lady behind the bar was very rude. She implied we placed the order wrong and when we told her we didn’t she checked again and realized she put the order in wrong. Never apologized and acted like it was such a hassle to fix it. As my husband was talking and explaining to her what was missing she deliberately walked off and ignored him. She finally comes back and just gives us the food and says nothing. We did notify the manager. We are driving home and the order is still wrong. Very disappointed after having such a great first experience. Most likely will not return because of her.

It is the best place for breakfast hands down. I feel so dumb for not going to this conveniently located place.
The food was excellent by all standards and all customisation was accommodated, so much so my eggs looked like nothing on the menu.
It was the service which was above and beyond there are only 5 stars to give, I would give more. So warm and friendly, all the requirements for a great breakfast place.

Pancakes were not good at all( couldn’t even finish them) , portion size of eggs were extremely small. The waitress was friendly!

Our server Natasha was one of the best servers I’ve had! She was funny and knew everyone’s order and was very polite and helpful with the menu since we aren’t from here. Also, thank you for having separate mugs for decaf coffee! Thank you!

I use to love the place at Douglas and Hydraulic but due to current situation and Sunday's service we will no longer be back. I'm sorry I loved the friendly environment and service we got but things change so it is time to move on. I recommend this place to everyone just don't make a complaint about service in person because things change after that. I found out being honest doesn't always pay off. thank you again.

Placed an order on DoorDash. The description on the website of what I ordered is not what I received at all. The food was not visually pleasing and I did not receive any of the items that come with the order. I ordered French toast and did not receive any silverware, which I was later told by a manager that the only give when requested, which is absolutely crazy because how do you eat French toast with silverware!!! I also did not get any syrup which at this point I’m assuming I also had to ask for which is also crazy. I SPECIFICALLY ordered sausage links with my order and as you can see in the pictures I was given bacon, very undercooked bacon at that. When I pointed this out to the manager I spoke with he told me that he personally packaged my order so there was no way that I received bacon instead of sausage, yet her is my order in the photos and CLEARLY this is bacon right????!!!!! Definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again because of food quality and also because of the managers inability to just take accountability that the order was wrong and wasn’t prepared properly and that it wasn’t pleasing to the eye as I stated to him and he instead tried to tell me that what I was looking at in this box was not what was sent to me. O/10 would not recommend

Customer service was awful. Slow Tuesday morning walk in guy ask if we want coffee said no thank you and didn't see him again. Sat there for 34 minutes and only got asked if wanted coffee and the when said no didn't ask if we wanted anything else or not and just walked off. Keep in mind for 34 minutes I had a mad toddler that was hungry throwing a fit wanting food so no way dude forgot about us the whole place heard us.

Delicious food, Friendly service.

we arrived in the late afternoon to avoid the morning crowd, everyone was crammed on one side of the restaurant, & we waited over 40 minutes for our food but it was terrible and cold, the place wasn’t even busy! we asked for a remake of pancakes and they came out even worse the 2nd time, i have not eaten here in years but they don’t have to worry about it anymore

I always enjoy eating here. This is a smaller family-friendly restaurant that’s not big and noisy. Everything I’ve eaten here has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favorite places to eat in Wichita.

Seems very unorganized! Food had no taste. No napkins, no condiments. Received food 35 minutes later and breakfast is the simplest meal you can cook!

16.00 breakfast based off a review..... I WAS SUPER HUNGRY and the review said onlet & biscuits/gravy. Onlet was pretty small and disappointing. Plus they didn't include silverware... Like I said I was hungry so I sat in the parking lot using my fingers.... LoL it wasn't horrible but I'll not just read the first couple on any review now.
