No one made our waitress aware that we were seated in her section and then from there it just went downhill. The food was good. My wife enjoyed her Margarita, but when the people who sat next to us(10 minutes after) were fully finished with their meal and we had barely gotten our food. It took way too long for a sit-down dinner in a non busy restaurant.

Pollo magnificent was alright but not very crispy and not spectacular for their main stay. The beef burrito bowl lack any real flavor and was cold. Staff were friendly but extremely slow for a restaurant that was not very busy. Not the best dining experience.

I LOVE Jose Pepper’s and have been going here for years, curbside or in the restaurant. Over the last month or so I have had several issues with my enchiladas being cold, cheese not melted and or still frozen. It amazes me because if you know Jose Peppers their plates come out HOT, like take the skin off your fingers HOT and here my food is cold! The 3 times that this has happened over the last month or so the waitresses have been amazing on getting me “HOT” food but not once did a manager come out and apologize or stop by the table to make sure the new food was better, NOTHING! I have NEVER experienced this from a restaurant till now. When something was wrong with anything a manager always stopped by, ALWAYS. I even heard the manager tell the bartender he didn’t want to talk to someone on the phone who had an issue with a curbside order so the bartender had to deal with it. In my opinion the manager that was there all these times needs some additional training on how to be a manager. I feel sorry for the employees that work under him since they have to do their job and take on a manager roll as well. To any other people that have issues with their food I sure hope you have a better experience then I have had.

The taco salad was a nice addition to the trash. The taco shell was stale. What little lettuce in it was limp. And it's quality was well below most fast food.

Absolutely enormous portions for the price. When most restaurants tell me to be careful of the hot plate I don't pay attention to them, when this place told me to be careful of the hot plate the cheese was still bubbling on the edges.

The pork tamales had a little meat in the middle and were extremely salty, we like salty, the chicken enchilada was ok, nothing special. Chips and salsa were good.
Just driving through nice to find a restaurant that really cared about the customer. Our server was awesome, food was delicious. It was so good that on our way back we made time to stop again. Wish they would bring their restaurant to AZ. We really need excellent Mexican restaurants.

Good service and food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant was probably the worst I’ve ever seen. Food laying under almost every booth. Napkins, straw wrappers and food all over the floors. Paper towels toilet paper and nastiness all over the floors in the restroom. And to top it off , some kid leaning on a broom in the back on his phone.
