The food tasted GREAT! Perfectly cooked fajitas. They’re the best I’ve had in years. Guacamole was excellent. However, we ordered COMBO fajitas with grilled shrimp chicken and steak. NOT TRIO with shrimp wrapped in bacon. They brought the DEL TRIO instead. We asked them to bring the grilled shrimp and got an attitude by the manager. She was supposed to put the order in….which took 15 + mins. By then everything else was cold. My advice would be to make sure your customers are happy. Listen carefully to their order. They ended up charging us for the Del Trio which we did not want and didn’t like the bacon wrapped shrimp. $20.99 AND for a side of grilled shrimp $5.99. Other than this…. The food was great.

We had a unique experience tonight. Our potty training toddler had an accident in the booth and management was very helpful and understanding. Our food was delicious as well. We will for sure be back!

I order fajitas and the meat has no flavor, it didn't have any seasoning and my bacon wrapped shrimp is raw. Unfortunately I will not be back. The worst $30 I have spent on lunch.

The good- Queso with spinach and salsa and chips good. Bacon wrapped shrimp decent. Atmosphere okay. Server was nice and tried.
The bad- Fajitas bad- chicken and steak flavorless on the inside and burned on the outside. Onions burned. Everything tasted burned. Why not marinade the meat, not burn it and serve a butter sauce on the side to give it more flavor and juciness? Rice undercooked and crunchy. Front greeter pretty rude and acted like you were an inconvenience. Had to ask multiple times for silverware. Tortillas dry and not good and for more than 4 costs extra. Understand now reviews on bathroom. One stall no toilet paper holder or any roll and whole bathroom needed cleaned. This place needs some love.

Worst to go order. First I waited way 20 min over my order. Finally someone came out and did it have my order right. My soup was so cold the cheese was Stuck to top. At first they forgot my mini quesadillas and then The mini quesadillas that came with it was a wrapped in foil as a small ball. It was gross . When I can to talk to the manger he acted like I was bothering him and said that’s what is suppose to look like. They asked for my receipt but you couldn’t see anything because the spilt food over my bag and the receipt. Do not order to go from this place. Hot mess.

The food was a big let down. We went for the mini chimi's, because we haven't seen them anywhere in town but they were only ok. Salsa was decent, but the enchiladas weren't worth it. Our waitress provided good service and was very polite.
I was disappointed. I had chicken enchiladas but the chicken had a strange texture and taste, it reminded me of rotisserie chicken from Walmart. But the biggest disappointment was the rice. It had Way Toooo Much cilantro. And I mentioned it to our waitress and she agreed but when the manager possible owner came by he denied that it was cilantro. He basically called me liar saying that it was green onions, and I would not doubt that the waitress got in trouble for agreeing with me. I know what cilantro and green onions taste like and look like even when their chopped up in your food. Another issue was a table that was just a few feet away. The customers left about 10 minutes after we sat down, but it took 30 minutes for someone to bother to clean and bus the table. And while we were there, there was a mess on the floor around the chip area. And it stayed that way the entire time as many staff members walked by including the manager. We were there late afternoon and at least half the restaurant was empty. We didn't wait long to be seated and the staff was friendly enough. The manager did not charge us for the meal because there was something wrong with my husband's food also which we appreciated. But if the manager had not basically called me a liar and the rather pricey restaurant had been cleaner than this review would have been much much better. The decor reminded me of a Mexican Applebee's and definitely needs updating. It's a shame that a decent restaurant has such great potential but the manager has to be right even if he is clearly wrong.

First time visiting Jose Peppers when we went to visit family in Wichita, KS. This is the place they chose to take us. Not disappointed. Food was fantastic. One of the best chili rellanos I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was enjoyable. Don’t miss out on this place. I hope your experience was as good as ours.

The waiter was good in delivery and attention to needs , except I asked if there was any corn in the rice. The answer was no. Plate comes out rice has corn in it. I can't eat corn anymore due to the severe pain it gives me. Jalapeños margarita tasted like pre mix plain margarita. They thru a few slices of Jalapeños in the drink, not good. Waiter very friendly, just won't be going back. Lots of other good places for the money.
