Yo this cheese sauce absolutely slaps. We got our boy Flavortown on the menu. Would give it 6/5 if I could.

Good food. Awful margaritas. Great service! Our server, Madi, earned an extra star from us for her great service and thoughtful way of being. It had been a horrible morning and Madi’s kindness and humor helped turn the day around. She was very nice when I didn’t like my bug spray tasting margarita and fixed it for me. She also recommended the cheese dip (awesome!) and the house burrito - I am not normally a burrito fan but it was great! (My friend also loved her crab and shrimp enchilada)

I got the chicken chimichanga platter with rice and beans. This was my first time eating here and I really enjoyed it. The rice wasn't dried out and was very flavorful. It wasn't too spicy which is usually something I worry about at any Mexican place. Definitely enjoyed everything!

We have always liked their food, but it has went down hill tremendously. I get that people cannot find help, but when you go in and have to wait 10 minutes because there are no clean tables, there's a problem. The manager walking around just trying to look official is unacceptable. He should be working right along with the employees. That is very poor management!!! Food was awful too!

We had the Espinaca Con Queso for a Starter. It accompanied the complementary Chips and Salsa. Amazing! I had the Spinada Enchilada, served with vegetarian balck beans and cilantro rice. Again...Amazing. He had the Carnitas Tamales...Loved. Our favorite go to for good TexMex. Atmosphere here is wonderful and our server...Nate was on top of everything. Thanks Nate, you are awesome at what you do.

Used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Has seriously gone downhill the last few times we have visited. The place is disgustingly dirty. At the time we visited there were very few people but there was trash, food, and even a few cloth napkins all over the floors. Not sure if the pictures will do it justice but i have attached a few. The booth we where we sat had old food in the window which had drawn ants and other insects. All this was before we ever saw the waiter. It was 10-15 minutes before he came to the table and then couldn't even get drinks correct. Came back to the table 3 different times just to figure them out. We had to ask 4 separate times to get salt, several more times to get our Espinoca. When the Espinoca finally arrived, the waiter rolled his eyes and proceeded to toss it on the table with loud thud. We ordered three entrées, two of which were incorrect when brought to our table. One was fixed but the other we ended up chalking up as a loss and finally was just removed from our ticket. All in all, a horrible experience a subpar and rude waiter. Oh, and where was the manager in all this? Even will all the problems and an item deleted from our ticket the manager on duty was no where to be seen. Not even a walk through of the dining room in over 1.5 hours. All I can say is we will not be returning.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and found a gem. The food was excellent, the service was over the top and not bad as to $$.Even had hand sanitizer at each table.

My dinner experience was quite good. Our server, Isiah, and the manager, Troy went above and beyond to ensure our meals were correctly prepared and served in a timely manner.

It's been a while since we were at a José Pepper's, so we decided to try this location out. It was going through a remodel, but the staff and kitchen didn't miss a beat. They were quick ( lunchtime), and the food was flavorful and hot. We will be back.

I had the Jose Peppers Mexican Pizza. The management still refuses to change the name. I complained. How can this be nachos when it is layered with cream cheese, beans, slabs of chicken, thick cheese, and jalapenos with sides of sour cream, pico de Gallo, and guacamole. It is clearly something beyond. It has to be pizza. Please go and eat this wonderful dish that they call their signature nachos and enter your vote for Mexican Pizza.

We stopped in for lunch today. We haven’t been in a while and hoped it had gotten better. Sadly, it has not. The food was fine but all the sauces were wrong ie yellow cheese sauce on burrito instead of green chili and espinaca. We didn’t complain about the sauces because it didn’t ruin the food. Our server was outstanding; no complaints about her whatsoever! The host staff was more interested in flirting with the bus boy and her cell phone. We saw a table get seated and then walked out after they hadn’t been greeted by a server in about 10 minutes. The floor was disgusting; food and trash scattered throughout the dining room. No clean silverware so we were given plastic ware with the kind of napkin that tears when you look at it. They ran out of plastic cups and were serving beverages in to go cups. Salsa was also served in to go containers. This isn’t terrible but seems awfully wasteful. The only sense of urgency came from our server and the bus boy who raced in front of us when we were being seated so he could clear a table in a nearly empty restaurant. Needless to say, we will not hurry back.

The chips are salsa were very good. Possibly the best I've ever had.. The atmosphere was nice enough for a family friendly visit.

I have a mixed review. The food was good! Our waiter, Ryan (I think) was super attentive and kind. He did an excellent job. I inquired about the ghastly mess on the floor and he expressed embarrassment and explained they were about half-staffed due to illness.I felt awful for the dude. I would hate to work under those conditions. I explained that I wasn’t blaming him.Later, as I was eating. A manager came around asking if everything was good. Table to table I watched her check up on people. Then… she even took a couple mins to lean against an unoccupied table. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean lady!I’ve been here before and will be back most likely, but the floor really does need cleaned throughout the day. EVERYONE has time to pick up trash. C’mon.

This isn't even close to how the rest of the floor looked! Everything was dirty! We ate and left about about 8 pm and tables just had dishes stacked yet 3 staff were sitting and talking.I like the one on east side. However, this makes me not want to go to either.Let me say, I have managed a hotel/restaurant so I get staff shortage and such. There was more then enough staff there!
