Joy Tea is absolutely amazing. Every one of their drinks has exceptional flavor and their boba balls are always perfect. I personally love the strawberry taro milk tea, the jasmine honey milk tea, and the mango grapefruit jasmine blended tea. The strawberry taro is sweet and creamy with a real strawberry puree in it. The jasmine honey milk tea has a strong flower taste but is well balanced out with the cream and honey. Finally, the Mango Grapefruit jasmine blended tea offers a unique taste between sweet and tart and is very refreshing.

This is a really cute place!!! The Oreo smoothie I got was amazing! The waffles were tempting as well. I definitely plan on returning and trying the other drinks and desserts!

I honestly didn’t want to write this review but today visit was def. unpleasant. I would go here for boba and would drive out of my way even if I’m close to another boba location. I’ve enjoy their drinks but a few times coming here, the service has not been friendly! I don’t expect a happy/energetic person to take my order but atleast show some kind of welcome. I came here today and the young girl (same girl I encounter the few visits) taking orders slid the window open from drive thru w/ a staring annoyance look at me. I didn’t get a hello or what can I get you. She just expected me to place my order and wait. I was even polite to say thank you after she handed my orders and surprise she just turned around w/ no words. If that wasn’t enough, I order the waffles and it was burnt. I’m just over it. I’ve supported this business but management need to train them with customers service!

I went there for my birthday, and I had one of the greatest taro milk tea I have had in a long time.It was really enjoyable, and the people taking your order are very nice!!!

This is the first place Ive ever had Boba! Its excellent! I love this place because its convenient for me to get quality Boba drinks within walking distance from my neiborhood. Sometimes they play KPOP music which also makes the experiance.Have been going here for the past several months. Everything is swell however I think the drinks are a bit on the pricey side.Almost nine dollars for a single drink and only one drink size available. (Equivalent to a size Medium)In terms of criticism, I just feel as if the employees working here could be slightly more cheery. Wasn't greeted or anything while walking up. Felt the interaction in general was a bit cold.Have a good day! Thanks for viewing!Dietary restrictions: Some of the milk teas are super sweet/high in sugar.

My family hit up the drive thru and had very fast and friendly service. We got the Mango Smoothie, Sweet Cinnamon Black Tea w/Honey, and the Strawberry Shaved Ice. Everything was just delicious! Not one complaint from us. Definitely coming back.

This wonderful place is truly a gem because they have a large selection of drinks to choose from, plus they have fresh bake dessert and a number of sweet vietnamese coconut cream gelatin cups to satisfy your sweet tooth. The service was fantastic starting from when you walked in the door to the friendly cashiers and employees who were happy to take your order with a smile. If you haven't tried this place yet, then you must make a trip out there to experience the wonderful atmosphere and friendly service with fantastic sweet to make any people happy with content.
