I think people exaggerate too often when talking about food but I can say with absolute certainty that Kanai is the best sushi I've ever had in my life. I don't see why you would go anywhere else for sushi after going here. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. From the staff I talked to from my visit they were very friendly and helpful.
Such an amazing experience! The customer service was great, the service time was speedy, and the food was absolutely incredible. I think this is my favorite sushi restaurant now. Keep up the good work!
This restaurant is often called the number one sushi and number one seafood restaurant in Wichita. And I have to agree. For tender tuna, melt in your mouth albacore, and flavorful salmon, I've certainly not found a better option short of going all the way to OKC or Kansas City. The Sea of Japan plate, with its vibrant mixture of almost a dozen types of sashimi in a spectacular house made citrus and soy dressing is a must try, and the yaki tori chicken skewers are a delight.
