This is the worst kfc I have ever been too. Waited over 30 minutes for my order just for them to forget some of the items I ordered. It is not worth your time to eat here. If you are just craving some kfc please do yourself a favor and drive to the next closest one or you'll find yourself wondering what the word fast means in fast food.

Waited 19 mins for food. Asked for ketchup twice and was told it was all in the bag. There was no ketchup. Only thing from my meal fresh and hot were my nuggets. Spicy wings were barely warm and had HAIR on them. Wedges cold as well. Very disappointing. Wasted my money and my lunch break.

I went to KFC because I was craving chicken and sometimes it takes a while so I tried to plan it at a slow time I got lucky it proved to me that sometimes there's a lot going on and a lot of pressure but sometimes you can get that chicken in a hurry I don't think I've ordered a hamburger and got it any quicker anyway the gal walk behind the counter made a circle and there she was with my order and it was great so I just want to say add a boy guys you're a well oiled machine

We were visiting from out of State and wanted to get what my Aunt wanted to gave for lunch. Service was prompt and helpful and my Aunt, who is in an Assisted Living facility close, thoroughly enjoyed 'her treat'.

2ND SHIFT IS UNPROFESSIONAL I would recommend to not attend around 6pm. The shift working with supervisor "Stephanie" is HIGHLY unprofessional. My mother went to purchase dinner for our family and they did not get the order correct. She requested a receipt to verify her order and order total, the workers in the window continued to argue with her and instead of offering a receipt they proceeded to have their ENTIRE "team" cuss at her through the window. They then proceeded to give her a receipt that was not her order. She went back to the store ten minutes later after then realizing the food they served was old and looked disgusting. Only 15 minutes after the incident that happened at the window, they locked their lobby doors before closing hours, my mother then had to wait for a customer to leave to get inside of the building so she can address the situation. "Nathaniel" came to the lobby and lied stating that Stephanie left for the night, when she was actually hiding in the back room. The situation escalated, they still refused to fix the order now that it was confirmed there was nasty food served to us, bad service, my mother had incorrect charges on her card & time wasted. She reached out to the police department about the situation, we have filed a police report for theft. This entire team needs to be terminated & I do not recommend visiting this location especially around the evening.
The food was good and fair price. Cashier seemed disinterested until some guy he knew walked in. But that's whatever. 2 of us ate for less than 20$. It's hard to do these days when going out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, I suppose.
