3 piece tender meal was good. The pot pie dropped the rating. The crust was good. The flavor was good although the gravy was plentiful, the vegetables and cheese specially the chicken were not. The real issue, however, was when I cut into it, the top one inch was hollow. Unfortunately, the pan is sloped, with the bottom being narrower so that made the seemingly nice sized pot pie small and not filling.

Stopped in about 5pm on a Wednesday. There were a few other people dining in. I had the 4 piece combo with fries. Everything was prepared well and was served hot. Fries were really good and the chicken was also good although I think for my taste there are better fast food options in town.

Website needs up dates!!!!!. Tried ordering what was on website menu , but they didn't have the combos I wanted, uuuggg!!!!! Very upset with your menu. Also my husband came home with two kids meal orders and the fries looked like old over cooked fries!!! What's wrong with you people? Everything is getting very expensive. I guess you don't mind losing business?

The new chicken strips are terrible. They were rubbery and I could not tell if they were overcooked, or not cooked, just spit them out. Was afraid to swallow it in case it was raw. They did look kind of pink. I cannot wait for Cane's to get here. Hoping they run you and Popeyes out of business because your standards are non-existent anymore.

I do not ever go to this KFC. I normally go to West St. I will never go here again. Ordered 3pce tender dinner. No waiting lol. Person at window had visably dirty hands. Tenders were cold. Coleslaw tasted old & biscuit looked like someone had rolled it in a ball and thrown it in the box. I don't live close so I didn't take it back. Just threw it out. I will stick with West St. Sometimes a wait but always hot and great service.

I think they thought I was trying to lie my way into a free side. I thought one of my sides was missing and one of the workers got defensive over it. I found it and let them know everything was okay. Would appreciate it if you all kept your prejudice at home.

We ordered chicken from KFC at 21st and Ridge Rd tonight. When we got home with our order, we were missing my granddaughter's meal. Back went my son in law to get the missing dinner. The manager and the person at the counter were extremely rude. They kept asking if he could confirm they didn't give us the missing meal. Finally a young man in the back game forward and stated he forgot to put the meal in the bag. The manager didn't apologize for his rudeness. Will not be going back. Lost my business. Hope they remember the rule of 25.

Can’t complain about a cheap pot pie. Wife had a bowl with about a teaspoon of gravy. When she asked for more gravy they said it would be $3.
