Ordered off door dash, but that's shouldn't matter, also the time of day I ordered shouldn't matter. My husband and I both got 5 piece tender meals, I got mashed potatoes and French fries. He got Mac and cheese and French fries. Neither order contained the fries, the chicken was ice cold, biscuits were hard and nasty. Worst experience ever and will NOT be ordering from here again.

maudine the MANAGER on duty was very unpleasant and seemed like she didn’t want to take my order. threw my receipt at me instead of handing it to me directly. i understand you’re probably stressed but i just did my long and painful shift at work and i gave her all of the respect that was due. as im typing this she’s giving attitudes to customers. cook was nice food was good.

Came here to get food because they claim to be open normal hours on Christmas eve and I get there at 8:49pm and they normally close at 11 the employee proceeds to tell me they close at 9 anyways but they have absolutely zero food to cook and serve. Employee said there was absolutely nothing in the store from sides to chicken spanning all the way to drinks and I just have to say December 26th I will truly find out if that was true because they shouldn't be open by that logic since they aren't getting truck on Christmas day
I would give a 0 if I could. I placed an order online for my family. 5 mins untill I was supposed to pick up my order the store calls me to tell me they have no chicken what so ever and can't do my order, btw my order had been ordered for 25 mins by this point. When I ask why I'm being told this 5 mins till I'm supposed to get my food I'm told they just got my order. Even though online said they got my order as soon as I placed it. Then the manager is no help and can't tell me how to cancel the order cause she can't do that at the store, I have to do that online. I ended up calling the number only to be told my money would be back on my card in 24-72 hours so I'm now out of $52 until then and a hungry family. I would never order from them online again.

My experiences have been ok. It's not how they treat the customers but how they treat their staff. They let a person go for re-making something that said person made incorrectly. She fixed a slight hiccup and they let said person go. For making ONE mistake. They clai n they need help but fire people foe the littlest things. Come on KFC DO BETTER!

10:30 pm on a Saturday took them 5 to 8 minutes to even knowledge us in the drive thru then when they finally answered gonna say we only have sandwiches and fries sadly the GM gonna say after said can get your district manager number sorry we're franchise!! After tonight I want be coming back here I see why they going down very poor customer service I can't believe I use to work at this same location employees laughing and playing when we pulled up very unprofessional!!!
