I was craving KFC the other day. I hadn't been in about 10 yrs. The lady at the window was super nice. The food was delicious! I'm probably going back next week. So good!

Absolute lack of leadership or common sense at this location. Over an hour before closing and they don’t have tenders? Not just once but 3 times now? This is either lazy staff, terrible management or both.

Ordered delivery, had to go back myself for missing sauces. Walked in just after 9 when store closes at 10 and got yelled at by the manager that they were closed before I could explain myself. Rest of staff was apologetic and got me the sauces when I got the chance to speak with someone not yelling.

Ordered chicken tenders and had to come back because they were undercooked, slimy and greasy. Got a replacement meal with the same quality. The drive thru cashier did not seem to care and was more engaged on her phone. The “manager” had poor customer service skills and would interrupt when I talked. Maybe if she removed the Beats earbuds, actually took the time to listen to customers, and lost her attitude the experience and quality would be better.

It was slower than a sit down restaurant, drive through and inside.
Do NOT go to or door dash from this restaurant after 8:00 pm . They don’t close until 10:00 but the night shift manager stops making chicken at 8:00 pm !!!!! THIS is a Chicken selling establishments that doesn’t sell chicken after 8:00 , the time people want Dinner . I went to them in person and ordered door dash and could not get food !!!! Only strips or nuggets that’s it !!! Just close after lunch since y’all don’t wanna make money after 8:00 pm
