This is NOT N.Y. pizza. Crust is way to thick, waayyyyy undercooked and they are very shy about the amount of pepperoni. Good grief people at least google what N.Y. pizza looks like lol If you’re not going to make New York style pizza, then don’t advertise it as such. Just call it hand-tossed or whatever… but even if you do, you’ve got to cook your pizza better. It is sad that Pizza Hut has a much better New York pizza than this. Hard pass for ever again. Update: I would like to thank the owner for their reply, but unless you change how you make your dough, get real pizza ovens and not the conveyor belt oven, they will never be New York style. Just call them Knolla’s Original or something. Seriously…

Overpriced and overbaked pizza. 15 min call in order turned to 35 min wait. They forgot a topping so they tossed it on the baked pizza and baked it again. Handed me a pizza we could use for a Frisbee, but couldn't eat. And they must have baked out any flavor.

What happened to Knolla's Pizza I used to love to eat there because the toppings were overloaded last two three times ordering a beef and pepperoni pizza very little pepperoni and even less beef what happened it's not one of my go-to places anymore for pizza

My wife ordered under her name, but my review is that the service was confused about who's pizza was who's and the whole pizza seams like it was made and cooked in a rush. The crust is not even browned. Used to be our fav but not so much anymore.
I was lured in by the "beer by the ptcher" in the Google search... but corrected that there was no beer when we got there. My daughter loves their pizza.

I am not satisfied with the pizza I ordered with 'the works' and added anchovies. I usually go to the downtown location, but this time I went to the one near my workplace. The name of the server on my receipt is Bella. I am not sure if she made my pizza, but whoever made it needs more training. The pizza was not completely cut through and the toppings fell off. I requested light anchovies on my pizza, but there were barely any on it. While I was there, a girl came into the store, complaining that she got the wrong sandwich. She went behind the counter and started making her sandwich without washing her hands. I noticed a lot of young employees working at the location who need more training and should stop playing around. They also need to put more cheese on top of the pizza to hold the toppings?

Best pizza in town comes from this Knollas! Although we have tried the east location we like this one better. Piatto is also good but a different style of pizza
