Extremely Good! We had an 8:30 reservation but sat at the bar for an hour before we got seated(our group of two). But the service was excellent once we were seated and the food was perfect. There is a large variety on the menu and the show/chef was the best! I’ll definitely go back.

We have been to Kobe multiple times but tonight really took the cake. It was prom night and the service was impeccable despite the rush! Our chef, Fred, was absolutely amazing. He was fun and friendly, made sure to talk to the whole table and joke around with us. I was really impressed and elated we got to experience his cooking/show!

Lady at the front desk gave us attitude after we asked when we will be seated 35 min after our reservation. Then proceeded to say “have a good night” when we left. Terrible service.

We go here every year for my son's birthday April 6. We had a reservation for 7:45 we made a week earlier and were there 10 minutes early but waited nearly an hour. There were lots of prom kids and it seemed like they overbooked. We nearly left but when we checked they said we were next so we stayed because it was so late and everyone was very hungry and tired.There was a very boisterous group but we get it, they're there to celebrate too, it just made it hard to hear wait staff.Food was good and chef was fun. Its expensive but we knew that from going every year. Son didn't get birthday cake like it was set up prior but we weren't charged so we let it go. Service was stretched thin because of the large, loud, and demanding crowd but they all tried their best.Men's bathroom was gross and I told staff as someone overindulged and didn't quite make it (probably boisterous table, J/S).I still recommend them but would caution against weekends and get reservations more than a week so your not there late and waiting a long time past your reservation. Management needs to plan better for weekends and perhaps hire additional assistance for orders, phones, the desk, the bathroom, waiting and bussing. Maybe some security too as there were some folks that ran on their tickets too.Parking: Tight parking spaces so do not bring a full size pickup and plan to park up near the building. Very crowded and people hanging out in the parking lot awaiting their seating because the wait area plus bar area was full.

Always an entertaining place to go and the food is top notch! Great place to go with a group and celebrate a special occasion, or just celebrate being together in a great restaurant.
