My favorite cafe and bakery in Wichita a hidden gem full of the best french style pastries and soups. Their lunches and breakfasts are nothing to scoff at either especially if you like a good quiche!
I ate here with my team of 7 from work. You place your order at the counter… the desserts are so pretty you want to try all of them. In the picture is the cannoli, red velvet cake, and lemon tart. They hand you your dessert while your food is being prepared. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with potato soup… I have no regrets. They were amazing! La Galette never disappoints. Been a customer for over 30 years. The tomato soup and roast beef sandwich on croissant was delicious. The chocolate eclair was the perfect dessert.
