FOOD POISONING, BAD SERVICE, DIRTY TABLE & CONDIMENTS!!!!

Long time customer at previous location. Yesterday was our first time at the new location, for my husband’s birthday.

Our waitress brought us cups of water but never asked us for a drink order. She hardly interacted with us at all! She came back towards the end of our meal to finally offer a refill of our water. As she was quickly walking away I had to ask for my check and a To-go cup.

The sauces on the table had dust and hair all over the lids and looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The table number was filthy.

I didn’t finish my food because it tasted and smelled weird. We got Chicken Pho, and the chicken was so dry from being boiled that I gave it all to my husband. I did not even finish my noodles. When we went shopping after we ate and my To-Go cup was stinking up my car almost immediately! It smelled like feces! I had my husband throw it in the trash immediately. What a waste of money and now we are both incredibly sick!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. After trying almost every other pho spot in Wichita I’m confident in saying it’s the best one in the area. The broth is perfect and only thing necessary to add is lime and their chili oil, which is also 10/10. The large portion left me more than full and they did not skimp out on the meat like most places. Definitely worth the $12 can’t wait to come back

Food was great! Some of the best pho I've had. Broth was piping hot even from carry out, which isn't true for most pho places I've been to. I'm only visiting Wichita, but I'll be sure to visit Pho Le's when I come back!

Nice atmosphere, kind staff. The pho was okay, I feel like it needed more flavor. I’d go again and just try something different! Spring rolls were yummy and the pho had lots of add-ins.

Overall my experience here was awful. Went in Sunday 12:30 for to try dim sum at this location as I heard some good things. But I was met with the opposite of my expectations. Service was just the worst it could be. After being seated not a single server came to us to provide water without waving them down. Dim sum wasn't brought to us till we waved down a server. Even then the server had no idea what was in the cart. Tables were a mess the entire time. We were there for over an hour and the table next to us was a mess and did was not cleaned off until we were getting ready to leave. This Establishment is so unorganized and not ran well. Hire more servers and have better service because me and my family's experience was just awful. Cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this place at their old location. I come here for kanji whenever I come to the city to visit. Came in after 12:30 on a Sunday for dim sum. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. Half capacity in the dining room. We were a party of 4. The food is great, but we only had four different items and if you know dim sum, the serving bowls are small. We also had to ask for plates and beverages. We asked three servers for an item from the dim sum menu, finally got an apology for being out for the last hour. We had been waiting for 40 minutes. We never received items we ordered off the regular menu either.
Overall, the service was the worst that I’ve ever ever experienced from Pho Le’s. I’ll be back after awhile to try again because I do like this establishment and have been a customer for a few years when I make it to town. This time, I did not leave satisfied.

I recently tried the Hainanese chicken rice at Pho Le's, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the fragrant rice and the savory dipping sauce. This dish is a great addition to their menu, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I've been wanting to go to Pho Le's for a long time and I finally got to go with a group of my friends. It was my first time there and I took some of my friend's suggestions who's been there before but to my surprise I didn't fully like it. I rarely dislike any food. The broth was definitely good and so were the wontons. But the noodles was weird. It felt so rubbery. My friend who was sitting in front of me who got the same dish thought so too. So, next time I go there I'll definitely try a different dish. I do lool forward to try more dishes.
