The food was quite delicious. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, so very nice ambiance. It was not crowed at all which often scares me as this was my first time eating here. The service was not the greatest but it is in a convenient location if you want some Bun, it'll do the trick

I guess the evolution of technology means the downfall of restaurants. I walked in excited to try a new food, i wasn't even noticed because the server was wearing AirPods and playing on his phone. Then after sitting down took forever to come and ask if i was ready to order, once i ordered i continued waiting for my food for a very long time and watched the employee sit there on his phone not coming for a refill not to let me know when the food would be ready. After asking how much longer he says “idk” and walks away and puts his airpods in lol the food may be good but i will never return. Horrible service type of place you would even go as far as saying will ruin your food as recompense

Highly not recommended! I got a to-go order of "Com Tam" from this restaurant this morning, and if you are Vietnamese, you know that Com Tam always comes with fish sauce on the side. The restaurant forgot to include that in my order, and when I called back, I got yelled by apparently the "chef" of the restaurant who is NOT Vietnamese. I tried to explain to him that Com Tam always comes with fish sauce on the side (I was born and raised in Vietnam - we always does it that way, and all the Vietnamese restaurants in Wichita always does that). He said that the owner of the restaurant taught him how to make those dishes 3 years ago. He then proceeded calling me "retard", gave me F-bomb, and all types of cursing.I was honestly so disappointed as I always came here for their Golden Chicken. I will never come back and highly recommend everyone to go somewhere else if you want true Vietnamese food.

Apparently they close whenever they feel like. Walked across the street from my hotel 45 minutes before they close and they were all inside with the doors locked. Called them and the employee said they close at 7:15 p.m.

On the way back from our TX trip, we stopped at New Lemongrass Taste of Vietnam. It's within the Old Town Square complex on the corner of 2nd St and Mead St but the front door is down a side alley not really visible from the square. We were there during off peak hours meaning there were only 3 tables occupied at the time. The service was very personable and the food was great. We ordered the Shaky Beef and the Lemongrass bowl chicken shopping with some drinks. This restaurant is within driving distance for us, so we will most likely be back here in the near future.

Very disappointed. I ordered online vegetarian spring rolls and a vegetarian dish. When I arrived to pick it up the spring rolls were on top and had shrimp in them. When I asked the man about it he argued with me claiming they didn't have vegetarian spring rolls. So I showed him his own menu online and he then said that they were out of tofu. He wouldn't even give me a refund on them. So when I asked if my meal had tofu he said yes. I got home and it was steak. The $49 I spent was all wasted since everything I got had meat in it. I will never return. Terrible customer service.

!!! COCKROACHES!!! Went here with friends for the first time and we ordered hot pot. They used a mini gas stove to heat up the pot and there was a bunch of baby cockroaches that crawled out from it onto the table and utensils. We asked to move table and get a new gas stove; even then, there was another cockroach that crawled out from the "new" gas stove when we were half way through the meal because it probably got too hot. Food is decent and employees were nice but for sure the health department will need to be notified.
