I give this 4 stars because it's cheap food and you pay for what you get. I give service 2 stars because you're better off helping yourself to the self serve machine since employees are always busy in the back. I am not blaming employees for 2 star service since they are constantly hit with a massive amount of online and doordash orders. It's pizza. Not the best pizza but it's pizza.

Today I experienced the worse here I get it that it’s busy I ordered around 5;30 only 3 simple pizzas the girl told me I’d be like 45min to a hour wait and I get it it was busy so I was fine with it, that time passed I came back and asked about my order then she told me I’d be another 30 minutes since it was busy so again I understood okay so those 30 minutes passed and then she told me that my order wasn’t even been made yet? Just giving me the run around & Really made me waste 2 hours … QT got em done for me in 15 minutes 😂

I’ve worked in kitchens half my life and just can’t understand! How can a pizza come up on your screen and it say “crazy” bread and “crazy” crust on it and zero crazy gets put on it. Baffling! Big gal got snippy when I asked for the extra sauce I paid for. Got snippy when I wasn’t happy about the only 2 liter available being hot, and the only single thing in the cooler, when there are literally cases just waiting to be refrigerated next to it?!? Extra sauce I paid for went unused due to the lack of cray cray on my items! Just look at the pics! All the crazy bread lovers know that paper should be drenched in butter, and made crazy!! I mean come on y’all! I literally only go to LC for the CRAZY!!!!! I usually just go with the pep hot n ready, but this time I felt like goin nuts! The lack of care put into the product while having at least 5 people working in there is unfortunately the only thing Crazy in the lil ditty of an experience I had this evening.

Placed an order on January 6th, 2025. Have been trying to get a refund back for bad weather that had closed the store down. Now I just recieve the run around on the refund. This store must be hard up for money. I will be turning them in to the better business bureau. If I could have had the option, there would be no stars in this review. Pretty sad a store has to steal money from there customers.

The staff are rude don't answer the phone no matter what time or day of the week.. the food was cold after being told it's a 15 minute wait and wasn't even served fresh.... idk what common sense these people have left but apparently em honestly they just need to shut down and start over With all new people including management...

Employees are rude disrespectful do not wear gloves while preparing food did not cut the pizza all the way through for a single slice just all around horrible experience they should just shut this location down and rehire the store with new employees! And above all else they never have a single hot and ready pizza!!!!
