Not only are they slow, there is long curly hair everywhere with no hair nets, the gal that is sitting in the picture on the food cart vaped right by the food and started preparing the food again without washing her hands. Customers were asking her questions and she didn’t even respond. Not one thank you at all. The cashier was doing her job and friendly. This was on 3/30 at 7:45ish. I ordered cheesy bread and cheese sticks with no sauce at all.

Absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. I have come here 4 times in the last 6 months and each time is a major disappointment. The first 3 times they NEVER have a HOT AND READY ready. 4th time I decide to order on the app, pizza is cold, there is no Pepsi that I ordered as well as no ranch that I already paid for online. The girl we talked to was completely rude and dismissive talking to me like I was crazy when I asked if they had Pepsi in the back, if they had our ranches (weren’t in the box), and tried to tell me they don’t have garlic Parmesan to sprinkle on the pizza that I order every time in store. If you’re going to work in a service industry the least you can do is talk to people like they are human. I hope this place closes. They don’t deserve pay checks based on my experiences and other reviews I’m reading on here.

Person taking my order made a mistake when I was asking about different types of pizza s available and pricing ... he stated that my price was $17.73 ... ?? I paid and then looked at my receipt and realized I was charged for two different pizzas... I approached the person about the mistake and he got a female who was a manager ... I asked for a credit on the order and she stated credits are only good for two weeks?I do not get into Wichita but once a month average ... however she would not accommodate the credit to extend longer than the two weeks ...Very poor attitude ... and not customer friendly ... I do not recommend the facility ... cooks and staff who prepare food were not wearing hair type protection which should cover head as per health department guidelinesParking: 4-5 parking spaces marked ... then parking must be used in adjacent retail areaWheelchair accessibility: limited parking for wheel chair access ... parking is limited and not monitored

The female manager on at the location at Pawnee and Seneca on October 28th 2023 that answers the phone at 8 pm needs TERMINATED! So does The GM SHE PUT ME ON HOLD TO TALK TO ALSO. THEY WOULDNT MAKE anything right because they screwed up my order. Better yet fire them all and START OVER! there's thousands of negative reviews on this place and it SHOWS BIG TIME. I'm blasting this little Ceasars on google because someone needs to.THE MANAGERS OR CORPORATE OFFICES NEED TO BE READING THIS.And all the other trash reviews people have left that nobody has never probably even cared to read or reply to. NOT ONE OF YALLS NASTY REVIEWS OR EVEN ONE NICE "MAYBE NICE REVIEW HAS BEEN REPLIED TO" THATS FREAKING SAD MAN. I FEEL FOR YOU CUSTOMER'S THAT PAY GOOD MONEY TO FEED YOUR FAMILY AND THEY THROW YOU AWAY LIKE TRASH. ?The most horrible experience with a restaurant I've ever had. Door dasher missed two items, called to the store and the female on that night was unprofessional on the phone and literally hung up on me. That's not customer service care at all that's a place that doesn't value anything accept poor painted pictures of people that clearly don't care about their job. I don't ever want to go back. Told the lady she needs to look at Google reviews on this place and she said "sounds good" and click. She hung up. NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Never have we ever experienced anything like this at this little Caesars before. We have been going since I was very little, specifically this location on Harry. With little English that my mother speaks (knowing how to order ofc) one of the workers currently there was very rude. While my mother was waiting for her pizzas , the guy worked boxing up pizzas and my mother was impressed by how fast he was. The guy seen that she was watching him and asked her “what are you looking at?”. With my mother not knowing very much English she responded in Spanish. And still him being rude, looks around basically mocking her to see if she was talking to someone else. My mother was shocked and confused and just took the pizza not knowing what she did or what happened. My little brother was watching what happened and pointed out his rudeness on how he spoke to our mother. To specify him, he has curly hair, wore a pony tail light skinned, might have been around 5’6 or so. He needs to Go look for another job. He seemed to be mad but for him to let it out on my mother or any other customer is pathetic and absurd.
