This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to, do not recommend.The two people working tonight at around 9 pm, showed the lowest level of customer service I’ve seen in a while. I was the only person in the lobby and the parking lot so they didn’t seem busy. Right when I entered, the man working started barking at me without so much as a hi. Stating, “that they didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas and if I wanted to order I would have to wait at least 5 minutes”. Then when I could finally get a word in I said I was just picking up an online order. And he was like oh and went to check on it and he said it would be ready in 15min. So I waited, then a woman came out and made me put my order number into the pizza portal. It was then, that the portal opened with nothing inside the slot. I then asked well maybe my order is just below? She said that wasn’t it and that I needed to input my code to prove my identity and that it was policy. I had stated the name that was on the order, but she required more proof lol for a 7$ pizza. Then, when I asked for a bag for my sauces, she rudely pointed at the bags and said I could grab one for myself. Once I was done bagging my stuff the man from before asked me what pizza I had because there was some confusion I guess. Then he informs me that they tried calling saying that they had ran out of mushrooms (one of my toppings I had selected) and that he just decided to put a heaping pile of sausage on my pizza. I had ordered a Pepsi with my order and when I went to retrieve it from the fridge it was lukewarm.

I gave a one star for the fact I called no answer took chance drive up to the location with 45 mins to spare and they have it all smelling like Lysol inside strongly and I’m asked if I have a online order or if I’m ordering she’s then says oh I’m sorry mam we are out of dough WTH ?♀️ I just witness a father and son leaving with there pizzas were they the special last ones to receive dough?!?!? It’s just always something when I try doing anything with lil Caesar I don’t go often either

We ordered online. It wasn't quite ready. We did have to wait a bit, but Cody made it right. Cody and his team are hard workers and did a great job. It's nice to see a leader jump back there and help his team.

Our pizza was terrible!!! One of them were burnt and none of the 3 bags of breadsticks were any good. They were dry, didn’t rise and nasty. I tried calling the store numerous times and during dinner hours and they had the phones rolled over to someone’s cell phone. How was anyone supposed to call in their order at 6 pm. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to!!!

The pizza has been good lately. There are plenty of toppings. The pizza was cut into very uneven slices the last two times I've gone there. Like really small pieces and really big pieces. It's hard to share with other adults that way.
I went to pick up Italian cheesy bread. Nothing was up there on the shelf. Had to wait 20 minutes before. They need to be more efficient instead of standing around in the back and deciding who's going to the bathroom?

Fast good reasonably priced pizza. The stuffed crust pizza is really good. I like if you order and pay online it gives you a code , you go in , you type the code, the door opens and you get your pizza, no long lines to wait to pay and wait on your pizza. It's hot and ready when you order online.
