Just sat at the window for 5 minutes while the guys in the back completely ignored me and kept having their conversation, ppl want more money but can't even do the job they have now, don't waste your time with this store, employees don't care
I put in my order on the mobile app. Waited about 40 minutes and got to the location They had the music so loud and it was NOT family appropriate. Then proceeds to tell me it’s going to be ANOTHER 20-25 mins for my order. Complete waste of 39 bucks. Will never order here again.

Devon is a great GM he is fixing the issue with burnt pizza no soda and not cooked crazy bread. He is a new GM at this location and I get getting into the swing of things but my advice is to check things before they leave and before they go into the hot box. And I get home to eat my pizza with olives the out side of the pizza is doughy Ugg this is a disaster of a night I’m not going back or calling again.

Terrible unprofessional service. Absolutely no accountability. I went to pick up my order, and they said they had to make me another one and wait longer. I declined and asked for a refund, still have not even heard back from anyone yet, after 4 days.

I ordered one regular pepperoni and one stuffed crust pepperoni. I was given two regular pepperonis instead so I called the store for a reimbursement/credit. The guy on the phone rudely said he "remembers my order and defintely gave me one stuffed crust and one regular" and tried dismissing my claim. I wouldn't be calling you if you had given me the right order to begin with. After a bit of talking he agreed to give me in-store credit for the pizza, but didn't ask for a name or anything then abruptly hung up. Awful customer service and an ignorant crew.
Do not go here if you expect what you ordered.

There have been multiple times where I have ordered pizza and it was not ready when it was predicted to be done. When asked how long it would take, one time they told me another hour and acted annoyed when I wanted a refund.

They have seriously got to do something about the employees here.
Fire all of them except for the male manager, get some new people in there who actually GAF about customer service.
It's absolutely frustrating and actually sad to watch what happens in this place when they get overwhelmed.
Two or three employees on a weekend equals a 2-hour wait for a pizza.
Corporate needs to pull the store together.
The male manager needs a huge raise.
The crazy bread is horrible, has been for many years, it's just baked dough with salt on it at this point.
I used to manage a Little Caesars, so I know what it's supposed to look like, and these unevenly cooked, tasteless dough sticks aren't it.
