I went to pick up my pizza today, and while the first young lady was polite, the second one seemed to have a poor attitude. When I looked her in the eyes and said, âHave a good day,â she shut the window on me. That kind of customer service leaves a very negative impression.
If employees donât enjoy their job, it really shows in how they treat customers. A business can only be successful if it values good customer service. Unfortunately, Iâve had similar experiences here before, and because of that, I wonât be returning

The girl with 5 piercings and green hair went and took a 10 min smoke break after I pulled up to the drive thru with a online order. After about 8 min of waiting, I honked and another employee helped me. I do not like to group an entire generation together as there are some hard workers, this girl was beyond lazy!

They donât answer the phones. Would give 0 stars. They were fast HOWEVER worst customer service. Literally said, âThank you,â and the worker said, âYeah,â then proceeded to slam the window in my face. Wouldnât recommend! We only ordered because of the Fantastic 4 promotion.

Ordered a pizza through the app got the email saying that the pizza was ready to be picked up and when I got to the window, they gave my pizza to someone else prior to me arriving so they had to remake my pizzas telling me there was nothing they could do other than just remake my pizzas no discount no nothing

I ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza from here. The pizza wasnât warm, the cheese was hard, and had a plastic-like texture, and the overall taste was very saltyâ pretty much inedible. It honestly seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.
I called and requested a refund, but the manager, Violet, said there was nothing they could do, blaming the excessive saltiness on the crust salt they spread falling onto the rest of the pizza. The customer service was disappointing and dismissive. I won't be coming back here. đ€ź

I ordered two pizzas within one and a half hour in advance. And when I showed up to pick them up the Gal at the counter said there were no orders for me to pick up. I do know this is a cheap pizza place but is still a business and they should get their stuff together. It was absolutely ridiculous. I donât recommend this place at all.
Pizza is never hot and ready. Kinda the point to this place but they donât seem to get it here
