I go to the Little Caesars on maize road all the time and it seems like it just gets worse and worse the quality of food the service the wait time the pizzas are always burnt anymore the service is slow and less than friendly or helpful but adequate I will give them that however the wait time seems to get longer and longer anymore the last time I was there it took almost an hour to get pizzas and not one of them was cut when I got home and opened them up to eat they never answer the phone so you can call an order in or if you have a complaint and most of the time there is no hot and ready which is what they are supposedly known for

They do not answer the phone if they're busy. Some of this has changed their service has gotten much better. My food quality is always pretty good. The mobile app has a couple of small issues but I would recommend this store. They are constantly busy but service has gotten much better.

So I visited this location on Veteran's Day and had to wait a while since it was a holiday. However, the pizza was ? hot, fresh, and ready!!!!!

The sign says (hot and ready). They told me that it isn’t anymore. I had to wait. People coming in to pick up their orders that were told their orders were ready had to wait because they sold their stuff to other people. I understand that they get busy but they should prepare for that.
