It was a super nice visit. Though we visited closer to closing, around 9, they were still super kind to my group. Our food was great and came on time, and our waiter was great. I never have a bad time coming here.

I came here with my family and had a wonderful lunch. The shrimp was absolutely amazing and the steak was actually really good and that's coming from the farm boy who was raised on steak and potatoes his whole life. Our server was a very respectful and patient person who handled my adhd brother very well and I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise. Thank you for the wonderful food and time.

I ordered a soup and salad and my sister a steak, baked potato and side salad. The food was decent but the steak and the soup came out before our salad did. Which we had to request 3 times before it was brought to the table and all awhile our waitress hadn't checked in on us once. She wasn't even the one who brought the food. She basically just took our order. We would've understood had they been busy or she had more tables but there was us and the table next to us who received better service from her.

We normally LOVE Logan's. Traveled over an hour to eat here because we do not have a good steak house where we live. Our waitress came to our table twice after we were seated and said "I'll be right back to take your order." After taking our order, we were served everything at once. Appetizers, entrees, soup, dessert so our table was completely overfilled with food. Our steaks, shrimp, and soup were cold. They were also brought out by a different waitress making us believe they had been sitting in the kitchen for awhile. The check came 15 minutes after being requested. I gave this review two stars instead of one because we had wonderful service here before, but we will think twice about returning here in the future.

The service was pretty bad, slow and didn't listen, took forever to bring the check. Ordered steak medium well, outside was black, inside was cool and pink. Tons of fat and very tough. My friend ordered his medium rare. Came out the first time medium well then the second one came out very rare, with places where it looked completely uncooked. Not a great experience. The broccoli was the best part of the meal. It was steamed and seasoned very well.

Could have been better. My plate was actually really good but my son ordered a sirloin well done and came out rare. Took forever to have it corrected. I guess it's wrong to expect a steakhouse to cook steak correctly!

I've tried to give this place a fair shake a couple of times now, but they just keep missing the mark. I am a patient person and I respect quality service. Great servers are able to look at the customer, listen to the order and get it successfully to the kitchen without a problem. That's great, but if you can't...write it down. Food wasn't cooked right the first time and forgetting things over and over. Just tired of trying this place, hoping they'd get it right...

We got T-Bone steak and it was not cooked properly, was medium on one side and medium well on other and was under seasoned. I kept adding salt to make it taste better, but couldn’t eat it anyway, because it was very chewy. Two stars because the server was very nice.

Our steaks were lacking in flavor. Tasted more like shoe leather than food. Service was undesirable. Definitely will not be back. You can get a better steak at Golden Coral!

Food was better than it has been the last few times we've been to Logan's. Service tonight was horrible. She started off by telling us to be patient with her because she was swamped. (The place wasn't very crowded.) She slammed our drinks on the table and ran to next table. Had to ask for the rolls she had promised and then for enough dressing to cover the whole salad. Had to go track her down at the bar to get my check. Oh and don't order the steak tips if you're hungry. 6 and a half bites.
You can smell the savory smell from the parking lot, so you get even more hungry walking up to the building. Good food takes time to cook so always expect a wait for you food after ordering. Staff makes sure do are taken care of during that time. Staying on top of beverages and appetizers. Always a great place that you can't go wrong as a special occasion for two or a group party. If it's been awhile then it's time to stop in and taste the juices of a steak.

Worst service and meal ever!! I asked for prime rib medium rare and it comes out well done! Aside from waiting one hour and half for our food, and our waitress didn't even come to check up on us, 2 other people's steak were the same way. Then they have the audacity to say that they ran out!! Seriously?? After two other people ordered the same steak!! If I can give it 0 stars I would. @Logan's get it together!!

worst service waiter said we got no clean glasses then he threw a fit got fired we got left sitting no drinks cold food delivered to our table then the manager did not want to even fix my ticket till I threw a fit shame to be treated this way never will I visit Logan's steakhouse again
