Lobby is closed. Stuck in drive thru with no way to bail out. 1 hour later I was able to place order. Asked for sauce. Now iam used to not getting sauce. I asked for tarter and shrimp sauce. Window, I checked the bag. No sauce. I asked for the sauces. They are out of shrimp sauce. They gave me 1 squirts of tater sauce in a cup. I asked for a bunch more for 8 pieces of fish. Denied management refuces to pay extra for non value products. They limited the amount of sauce to 2 squirts per order. Really 8 pieces of fish 1 container with 2 squirts. I did not argue with the poor little gal in driv thru. She did what was asked of her. She did say this is normal. I like long johns. I can't say I will ever go back to this one.

My husband and I had been wanting Long John Silvers for a long time. Finally went in to the location at Kellogg and Rock Road. To start the pop machine was out of ice and the pop was just carbonation so we had to wait just to get ice. Next the food was so disgusting 🤮 we ended up throwing it away because it was old. You couldn’t even bite the shrimp because it was so old. It’s sad when you have to wait 10 minutes for old and cold food not to mention we didn’t get everything that we paid for. Geez what a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and go next door to chipotle. I do not recommend.

I ordered a 16 piece (14 chicken/2 fish) I only got 12 pieces of chicken. ordered 2 sides of fries, only got 1. ordered a Mac and cheese the container was only half full. ordered a root beer float, but they had no ice cream so gave me 2 regular root beer instead. For $65 I should get all my order.

Great atmosphere, everything was clean, I walked in and was immediately greeted, cashier friendly and helpful. After ordering, before I even got to my table, my food was ready, all my food was hot and fresh.

Cashier at drive thru rung my variety platter up as a family meal even though I clarified number 12. The intercom has too much static to properly hear the numbers I misheard 42.78 as 14.78 which to me was similar in price enough to not sound odd.

Missing our shrimp and no sauces. Waited 20 minutes when I placed the order online and arrived at the time the website gave me. Since this is the 2nd time with this experience, will not be coming back. Wish there was a 0 stars option.

I ordered the fish and chips and it.It kind of tastes like the fish had been sitting in the warmer for quite a while.It was, you know, that kind of hard to bite and pull apart. And I really like, long john silvers, I had just moved here from another state where we don't have it.And this was a disappointment.
