Came through the drive-thru at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday January 2nd 2025. Lady at the drive-thru was rude from the start. She was noticably very short and snippy when we were ordering, we asked for two fish and fries, crispy, they were not crispy at all! and each fish came with genuinely. three to four fries. For a total of $10. This was not our usual experience. She didn't even hand us our receipt to leave a proper review. Pulled over, walked back into restaurant to only be told, that's how many fries should come in a "small". In no world would two pieces of fish and a maximum of EIGHT FRIES be TEN DOLLARS.
DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE. WE USED TO BE REGULARS, UNTIL THEY UPPPED THE ORICE OF THE FOOD TO EXTREMES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE IN THE TRASH. THE ABSOLUTE DUMP. and I work fast food and customer service so I have a good tolerance. Promise you long john silvers is not paying their employees enough or something and the price is 100000% overrated. We got our refund and will completely take our business elsewhere

RATE ZERO!!!!!! Everything was dry and cold I had to pop it in the air fryer smh. I know for sure the potatoes were double dipped in the fryer tasted like old grease EVERYTHING ,The lady asked if I wanted condiments I told her yes why not....I still didn't receive any. I will neverrr be back here especially this location I should have known they barely had business....a waste of 40 bucks 🗑️🗑️🗑️🤢🤢🤢🤢 the only thing good was the coleslaw

Parking: Friendly staff. Everything was made fresh and tasted great! My car wouldn't start when we went to leave. I had to be in the parking lot for a few hours. The manager was super nice and came out to check on me every now and then.

Went here yesterday not a soul around. Nobody inside working. I drove 20 min out of my way to come here and there was no sign nothing saying they were closed. This was at 1130 am. According to Google it's still open.

The cleanest LJS I've been in. Food was well prepared and not heavily greasy. The staff very friendly and efficient.
It had been several years since in dined in at LJS. Will definitely be back.
The Hispanic girl working the front didn’t ring me up right. Rang me up for a fish and chicken platter when I asked for fish and shrimp platter & wanted to replace the fish for chicken. When my order came out I received all chicken…no shrimp . No big deal right? I can get it fixed right? When I approached her to explain it was wrong she instantly got an attitude and basically told me I said I wanted all chicken. Now tell me why I would order all chicken in a fish and shrimp dinner??? Makes no sense. Then it gets worse. I tried talking to her about it and she literally walked away from me and was ignoring me so then some guy steps in and says he will take care of the mix up (as he should) I asked the guy to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. Lol like what?? He said he would take care of it. Yeah ok buddy. The girl had no respect at all for the customer or even him as her boss clearly because of the way she ac treed in front of him. I’m glad he fixed the mistake but he should have dealt with that girl and her attitude (for no reason) as well. I’ll be reaching out to his boss

Genuinely don’t understand all the hate on this restaurant. So many people say it’s the worst restaurant in America and that’s what led me to try it for the first time. I’m back for the second time now and the food is genuinely fire. It’s good stuff. Had a great friendly conversation with another Jesse at the drive thru window. Great dude. Even gave me some history about this location that I didn’t know. It’s an older looking restaurant because it’s been here as LJS since 1973. Piece of history. Give LJS a chance.

Second day in a row I get off work late at 8 pm and rush to pjs on 21st and they stop taking orders at 8:30 pm. They won’t answer on the intercom or at least let me know that they are closed. Even if they ran out of something just communicate and tell the customer.
