I can't rate the food because we never received it. They were out of most of everything we ordered, and because we ordered online, the worker said he couldn't cancel the order. He said I had to cancel it myself. Come to find out, there was no way to cancel my order online either. We paid $25 for food we never received. Never again!

Never been here before, I should’ve left while I still could. Drive thru guy wash rushing me the entire time and there was no one behind me. Was rude talking to me when I was asking questions. I get to the window and just reaches for my card, classy. Total was $14.90, I’m waiting for a drink to be passed to me and he says “doesn’t come with a drink” I said “excuse me? It said combos come with a drink” he replied “only 1-5 do” why isn’t that clear on the menu? I just paid $15 for mid seafood without a drink, absolutely insane. Deep fried covered in grease, only thing decent was the fish. The chicken, clams, hush puppies, fries all mid. I can’t believe this place is still open charging the way they do. He also forgot to give me a fork and no napkins. Come on dude. I will never waste my money here again.

On 3/2 @2pm whoever was on the drive through was extremely rude and I have never felt so rushed while ordering. I also asked for a large water. He told me.it would be $3.30 for that water. He said the company pays $4 per cup so he has to charge $3.30 per cup. ??♀️ So sorry Long Johns if your truly loosing $.70 per drink. I ordered extra crispies. Didn't get them. Couldn't get him to turn around and acknowledge me at all. I was able to flag down another employee and she kindly got me the crispies. My fries were cold. I prolly won't go out of my way ever again to eat here.

Went here about a couple weeks ago. FYI... Cash only. Doesn't accept $50 bills and higher. Ordered a 2 Fish combo. Fish, hush puppies and fries were hot and delicious.
