This is the closest authentic Mexican restaurant with a drive thru to my home that I am aware of, and the food is delicious! I love the tacos al pastor, chicken fajitas, and chips n salsa. I love that they have a drive thru as I am usually rolling around town with my dog. The fellow at the drive thru is very efficient and will come out of the back to take your order if there is a line. They also take call ahead orders, I always forget to do that tho

I love the food at Los Pinos. As a Delano resident, We've been going there since they opened. My only issue is their prices. Every single time I go there it costs more than the last time. (???) What used to cost us between $25 to $30 now is costing $60. I can't ever pre-plan the cost of something there, because all prices listed online at 10 or 12 websites are different. Even if I select the most expensive menu prices I can find online - I end up being off by $8-$10. It is impossible to figure out how much I'll need to pay for an order beforehand. I've asked for a current Togo menu several times and they never have one. They just painted over the prices listed on their outside menu board. (I guess because they raise their prices so often?) If I asked about anything at the time, I am told I need to talk to the owner and they are never there in the evenings. It's good food, I'll give you that, we love it - but beware of gotcha prices when you pick up your order.

It's nothing like any other drive-thru in the city. Excellent, authentic Mexican (not Tex-Mex) food that doesn't take forever to get. It's not good, fast food, it's good food done quickly. The service is always great and the staff is super friendly and treat you like a long time friend.
