The food is hit and miss, have been here a few times. Always busy and is opened during weird hours. Last time I was here the service was terrible my order was wrong and the waiter was rude. I know were all human and we all have bad days. This place is unique and needs some work and the food is decent if they try. I can only suggest the owner and management focus on improving customer service as a team. I think this place could be great one day...and that's a shame because...
One of the last few sit down Chinese restaurants in town that wasn’t killed off by the all-you-can-eat craze that swept Wichita and put a lot of Wichita’s oldest Chinese restaurants out of business. I believe the original owners were Korean, and you can see that reflected in some of the dishes and appetizers like the Mandu. Went to Magic Wok after our son’s baseball tournament last night. We were seated quickly and the food was amazing as always! Then the staff came out with ice cream treats for our boys and congratulated them on their tournament win. They made our 9/10 boys feel amazing and so special! Completely unexpected and so special, it’s the little things especially in today’s world!
