WOW. I do believe this is the best pizza in Wichita area. We had four different kind of pizzas and every one of them was delicious. Our sever was awesome. We definitely be going back

Have eaten at the restaurant several times. Decided to order carry out this time and was not disappointed. Hot delicious food with excellent and great quality toppings. One of the few pizza places that substitutes dairy free cheese and has gluten free dough as a menu option.

Did a takeout order for the Nicky Santorino. Absolutely blown away. One of the best pizzas I've had and would contribute that to the dough quality. Ingredients were quality as well but the dough was something else. Sturdy, crispy on the edges but also quite soft with a nice chewy and flavor on it's own. Toppings to dough ratio was perfect as even picking up the food and eating 15 minutes later, the crust wasn't soggy, food was still very warm and fresh tasting and held the shape well when picked up.

Would love to check out the place inside for a happy hour if I had some time, but will continue to be my go to pizza carryout when roaming around west Wichita for sure!

Took it to go. Enjoyed the food for the most part but for pizza it was a bit pricey. If you like cream cheese jalapeño poppers the jalapeño popper pizza was quite good.

We are thankful to have Maple Street as a food option so close. I would not just call this pizza as there is so much more. While we haven’t had a pizza we haven’t liked, we have also enjoyed their sandwiches and their Italian salad is my favorite salad in town with homemade Italian dressing and marinated olives that I can’t get enough of; sometimes I just get a salad to go. If you eat in, they even serve it with a cold fork. We love their sangria and Italian sodas and love that they take their kids meals seriously. Our daughter adores their cheese pizza. Very nit picky would be because this is a local family and not cookie cutter big business there are times we got the cheese bread and had no cheese or maybe the olives were standard and not marinated, but it doesn’t stop us and we highly recommend everyone give them a try (especially during happy hour!).

Great food, wonderful hostess and staff. dining space is awkwardly exposex.to traffic, disjointed in layout and needs remodeled. food and people make it worth it.
