Ordered two pizzas thin crust. They both were undercooked and doughy. Marchello's used to be one of the best Italian places in town .They have progressively gone down hill. Ever since Covid and they could get away with not having to meet high standards and customer approval at time of service. They have no quality control or desire to make the food enjoyable. Ever since they went to no dine in and carry out only,door dash,Uber Eats special. The quality has been so subpar. You could get better food from the freezer section at Walmart. Do not recommend.

Always delicious food with great serving sizes. For vegetarians I highly recommend the veggie lasagna and the veggie calzone! Don't forget some of the delicious garlic bread, add cheese!

had little issue with them until today. most previous interactions were neutral to mildly annoying. today was the worst. showed up to pick up an order, and was insulted and treated like a complete bother to them to be there. avoid them if you can

The service there is rude. Tried to call in an order and only got hung up on. The time before that called in a meal they said 20-30 mins. Went in after 30 mins food wasn't ready because the had a catering venue to do,but they said pay for the food and we'll make it when we have time. This place has gone downhill.

I've had authentic Italian food and ate almost everywhere in Wichita and this restaurant is amazing. Eggplant and lasagna along with Spinach dip is beyond words. They give the perfect serving sizes also. Thank you , Marchello's

Girls in there weren't friendly. They seemed upset we were there. Then our mozzarella sticks were mostly breading. Would not advise.

This restaurant is now take-out only. The server that took my order was rude and appeared to be way too.busy with other things to be wasting time on taking an order. The lasagna was so salty it was barely edible.They won't see us again.
The food was so hot and delicious. This is not your average takeout. If I could give 10 stars I would. The marinara sauce is outstanding. The meatballs are delicious and definitely homemade. Quick delivery too. Never disappointed. Big portions. My family and I just love everything.
