The only thing I don't like about Marchello's is that there is no longer dine-in. But that doesn't stop us! The food is ALWAYS delicious!

We ordered 2 meals tonight to be delivered via Doordash.......had a horrible experience with the delivery. Elizabeth, I believe a manager, came to our rescue. Hands down, the best customer service we could have asked for! Thank you Elizabeth!
First off, service was Fantastic!!! Friendly helpful staff. Food is amazing. This is the only place I will go for Italian food. Menu is large with great selection. Prices are amazing for the quality of food. If you haven’t been here, it is a must try!!!

The food was good. I thought the meat sauce was a little watery but still good. The focaccia bread that came with the artichoke dip kinda smelled/tasted like pine sol or some sort of cleaning chemical. Enjoyed the real crab meat in the seafood cannelloni it tasted as good as it could for it being seafood in Kansas.

Was the worst customer service, me and my boyfriend ordered chicken Alfredo to go and all they gave us was burnt bread & noodles no meat not nothing just noodles and cheese. And when we called an tried to solve this matter because keep in mind I spent 27$ they said there is nothing they can do for us.Don’t eat here! Rude employees and managers.
