Had a large group come to celebrate a friend. It was absolutely insane how our group was treated like we were a problem. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and when it finally came it was so microwaved the cheese was burnt and hard stuck to the plates. I don't care what their food tastes like on a good day, this experience was so bad we won't be returning.Maria was a great waitress doing her best. Management was a JOKE.

First off I normally do not leave a bad review but this experience was horrible. The customer service here is ridiculous! We were told it would be an hour in a half wait because their kitchen is behind. We stated that we just basically wanted chips and salsa and the manager rudely said she would still not seat us. Meanwhile even if we did want food the kitchen will close at 9:00 which is in 30 minutes. The manager was very disrespectful and stated that the owners of this establishment instructed them to not seat people if the kitchen was behind. I asked her if the owner was here and she said no. I asked if the owner would be in on Monday which she stated no. This makes me so sad, because I have always loved Margaritas but I’m not sure I will ever come back. As I was standing here there were at least 8 to 10 parties they turned away. That is quite a bit of money that they lost just tonight.

I’ve lived in Wichita my whole life, but never eaten here until last week. Now I’ve been back 3 times. Great food!Kid-friendliness: Have good options that picky kids will enjoy and have activity pages to occupy their time. Luckily the food comes out super fast too!

Great place to meet friends for Mexican.Parking: Parking on both sides of the restaurant.
It’s been years since I’ve eaten at Margaritas, but was in the area and it’s every bit as good as I remember! Arguably the best queso in town. The chicken, pork and beef combo in the taco salad was a nice change from just beef or chicken at most other Mexican restaurants! Our waiter (Jax) was very fast and friendly.

Went with family to celebrate a birthday. After 2 hours at our table we were told our food hadn’t been started yet as they were very busy. Looking around, most people around us did not have their food either. Waitress was very nice and felt bad. She was walking around on the verge of tears. To top it off , we were at a table on the dance floor . We were told that we would have to be moved to a different table (after already waiting 2 hours for our food)as it was approaching 9:00 and the music was going to start . We ended up leaving . It totally ruined our birthday celebration. Enjoyed this restaurant for years. We will not be back.

We have always enjoyed this establishment. But, last night, was not good. Food came out wrong. Had to ask for water. Then, others at the table, didn't get their water filled. Never asked if we wanted another drink.
