I'm a Dasher and I just picked up an order from this location. I will say usually this location does very well but in this instance I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to ask about my order only to find out that it had been ready the whole time. I don't like to interrupt people when they are working but I don't find it is good customer service to have somebody standing there waiting for a while for their food only to find out that it had been ready to be picked up the whole time and if somebody had asked about it it would have been a quick easy process. Again, usually they do okay but tonight was particularly bad that I felt and needed to be mentioned. And I let the customer know to make a complaint if their food is too cold for them because the employees ignored those trying to pick up orders.

I ordered a French Dip sandwich very rare broccoli cheddar soup with no crackers horseradish steak and cheese very rare chips never arrived at the table with tip came to $34 and some change total rip off

The sugarplum tea is seasonal for the holidays and worth the visit. It is very unique. Also had Cinnabon cookies which were very airy and buttery with spice. I didn't try any of their sandwiches, soups, or potatoes when I went which is what their known for.

If you order curbside, done expect it to be delivered to you curbside. It will sit on the shelf until you decide to go in to check on it. I gave them some time because I thought they were just very busy, but nope they just don't check curbside.
