Ordered curbside online bc I’m sick with a bug. Arrived and parked in the online pick up parking area. We waited there for 30 minutes watching them clean up and chat with each other and even made eye contact with a few of them. I waited another 10 min before calling the store and was told “their i-pad doesn’t make noise” then I watched them take our order off of the “in store” pick up shelf and bring out our food (no idea how long it was there for). If you are going to order online, make sure you’re on top of your order… because the staff won’t be.

Horrible Ruben sandwich. I asked three times how they cook it before ordering and they said fried with the sauerkraut. When I received it a minute later, I knew it wasn’t fried or grilled and it wasn’t as it was steamed. It was one of the worst Rubens that I’ve had.

Came to Wichita to visit my granddaughter and she said she loves this place. It definitely did not disappoint! The menu was vast and it was hard to find a seat. We came on a Friday at lunch time. I see why it’s so popular. Great service, great food, reasonable prices!
We always enjoy the food. Half a sandwich and soup or salad. Perfect for the hubby and I. And it has always been delicious.

Got pick 2. Got southwest avocado salad and 1/2 wrap. The salad was really good ..the wrap light on everything. This has happened to be the 3rd time I have ordered this and absolutely love this place the wrap I received today was not good. Little meat alot of tortilla. Just not a good wrap but the salad was

I got this sandwich specifically because it has avocado, yet there is no avocado at all.
Not the first time this has happened at this location. It's very frustrating when you place an online order for pick up & get home with the food to find out the team apparently can't follow order instructions. Some minor (no pickle when the order said yes to pickles & failure to see No Tomato), but one more irritating (having to take many napkins to wipe mayo off your food). Makes me inclined not to order take-out from them.

I have celiac disease and asked about the gluten free menu. The girl at the register handed me a menu saying that was it. With just the few options that were there already, I then proceed to order a spud. She replies quickly “we are out of spuds.” I had heard prior to coming that they had gluten free bread here; So I then asked about it and she said “oh yeah we do have that.” She then asked for the side and I said I believe your chips are gluten free? and she said “yeah they are potato chips.” First and foremost when you have celiac disease it’s crucial you don’t have gluten so you have to be sure. Second, not all potato chips are gluten free. You can’t assume that, which is why I asked. She quickly rushed the rest of the order and gave us our teas with just a couple of ice cubes in it. The table options were all dirty and when we got what was suppose to be hot sandwiches they were cold. What a train wreck of a place and just flat out terrible service.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy
