"No straws with order despite multiple drinks and hand to ask more than 4 times just to get any ketchup packets " this was three years ago and I put a 2 stars and now 3 years later they are some how worse and the manager who seemed to be working register and window barely understands English let a register time out on a customer and then told her it was cause no money for sale cancelled cared more about a guy sleeping on a bench then a crazy yelling and walking around the lobby

As lobby was closing my friend and I were sitting there on her phone trying to figure out our next move for the night and the manager says oh let's go no being polite about it nothing like that just automatically let's go time to leave

Made a mobile order arrived to pickup the order. Manager very rudely said she didn't have the order. I'm trying to show her my receipt and email that it's been paid for she refuses to do anything about it. Try to get a hold of the district office with no answer!!!

Very busy drive-thru, ended up going in and using their self serve kiosk machine. They were pretty busy but managed to get to the order okay. Burgers were just fine and the iced tea was good, behind the counter unlike the other soft drinks to the side.

Had many issues for 3 years but none that warranted a review...today I was given half the food I ordered plus two cheese burgers.. (not labeled correctly on additions they claimed to have) and when I not only got home and find my food is half wrong missing two big items and spending time that makes my food at home that's correctly given, get cold. I'm told at the windows I need to have what they gave me back.... as if food my family touched was resealable for others to purchase AND said I couldn't get my missing items without return of said contaminated items
... I knew the economy is bad and hurting but seriously.... mcdonald's step ur game up.... this was pre planned order through the app ... get ur plans set up to match ur pay raise

Takes forever to order because there's never anyone at the register even when they're not busy at all.. and when you try to get an employees attention they just straight up ignore you and act like you're not there. This location consistently has bad customer service, bad attitudes, and long wait times to order, even when not busy, so I try to avoid it as much as possible and visit a different location or restaurant altogether.
Four orders in a row were not made correctly. One of those orders was mine.

Way too many homeless, filthy and demented folks are in the store on Broadway and Waterman, so it is chasing the actual paying customers away.! The food is either too drenched with mustard and ketchup or it's as dry as a bone with 0-2 pickle slices that are just shaving size. You may also wait a good few hours it feels like to get your order just taken!
Where does o e begin? Couldn't get the order correct. Both napkin dispensers were empty. Took a while for our order. Fries were cold, my burger was sloppy. We dined in but gave us to go order. Both cokes were empty on the machines. Tables were dirty. As we were leaving, someone got sick all over the floor right in front of us. It was a very bad visit.
