I usually don't eat at McDonald's but I really like their rewards program on their app. If you don't have the app, you should definitely get it.

Food is what you expect from a McDonald's. But the service is like waiting behind a broken down car on a main road but the person in the broken down car doesn't know the car isn't moving, and still has to be somewhere

If only I could share this picture. 1/2 a slice of cheese. Not enough ketchup or mustard for a kids meal cheeseburger and 1 pickle on this quarter pounder. Not to mention the patty looks burnt. How does that even happen when the grill is on a timer?

I went in to get the rest of an order that they forgot to make and send out to my wife and they were not happy to make the 40 spicy nuggets and 40 regular nuggets not going back to that location!!!

Went through the drive thru for a McFlurry and a couple other things. Got to the window and was handed my McFlurry with barely Oreos on top. I looked at it and noticed it wasn’t missed. When the girl came to the window I asked if it had been mixed or not. She got upset and with an attitude told me they don’t mix them anymore because it makes a mess and they just don’t do that anymore. I looked at her like wondering why that set her off and she closed the window. I waited because I still didn’t have the rest of my order and she was upset that I was still there when she opened the window. Not sure what her deal was because when she handed me the happy meal she didn’t give me the drink and acted like I was crazy when I asked her for the drink that came with the meal.

Got death threats from a worker over misunderstanding (my friend needed a ride and asked to use her phone to call me, she thought I ditched him, no mama, had to drive 1.5 hours to pick him up). She proceeded to text me some terrible things from her personal phone. Would love to talk to a manager about it unless the police want involved! She was working the shift tonight.
