this is so messed up, we went to order as a family and ordered a MIXED BERRY FROZEN FANTA they put in a orange fanta then went away came back and put it as a c frozen coke, we ordered 2 nugget meals and a quarter pounder. they gave us all the fries and the burger but didn’t give us a second chicken nugget. they came up to us with 2 orders one for and one was by the guy who served us, he tried to give us a online order for johnathan. this is so messed up. we were charged for 2 chicken nuggets and received 1.

Every time I've visited this location they have screwed up our order, Overcharging for items, double charging, forgetting items or just giving us the wrong thing. The manager is incredibly rude and the food is always cold, burnt or stale.
This McDonalds has horrible service I sat waiting for my mobile order that was 2 items and they had me pull around and I was wanting for almost 15 minutes and there was so many other cars not getting there food I won’t be back to this location and I called and they said I can’t cancel my order but they cant even give me my order I thought it was fast food for a reason?

If I could give this McDonald’s location a zero star I would!! I have never had worse customer service than here. The night crew is absolutely atrocious. Being a healthcare worker on night shift you don’t have a lot of choices but here, never again. I have given it a couple chances and EVERY TIME it’s the same, the employees are so rude and hateful, you wait FOREVER (15minutes for one happy meal) for your food for it to come out cold. Do better!! Be kinder!! Being at this location you need to think how you talk to and treat people, you don’t know if they just lost a loved one or have a sick child across the street at the hospital.

Been to this store multiple times. Each time is terrible. Ordered a double quarter pounder and they made me wait 10 mins and then gave me a cheeseburger instead. I went around and asked for my meal and they had me wait another 10 minutes. The entire meal was cold but at that point I was so annoyed I just took it and left. Other time both lines were open and I pulled up to order, he said how can I help you and then radio silence. The menu turned off and I waited for him to come back for 5 mins. I got fed up and called the building, apparently they only have two workers and closed the lane without setting out a cone or anything. This McDonald's is always busy as it's one of the few 24 hours places in this city. They need more than 2 people on a shift!

My brother went up there today and ordered fresh food for all the stuff he order and my big mac patties were dry then a desert and looked old like dry up darker and not fresh at all my fries tasted like they been sitting for 2 hrs of dryness
