Services are horrible don't make a complaint your food is going to be worse. They over charger you argue with customers. The have menu items they don't want to sell. Or a bacon double cheese and make sure you get two their on the mcvalue menu. Watch them over charge you. They math don't be mathing cause baby we eats! Great example to show your kids to not act in the work place! Mine would never!bet the drawer always off! Update!!!!I did leave a review on your portal!

After a long wait at the rail we thought the 2 half filled medium fries was unfair and crappy UNTIL we got home and found my husbands box soggy with a thick oil like substance we tour the burger apart and raw completely raw inside ! Then they DO NOT answer the phone even though I tried called for over 2 hrs!

Dry quarter pounder with cheese came with no cheese. Waited at least 20 minutes for this burger that I did NOT eat. Horrible service do not recommend. I think I gotta watch transactions on my cc. I seen that sir.

I went with some friends to get something to eat. The service was extremely slow. The entire place smelled like Marijuana to. I stood at the register for a very long time while everyone in the back just stared at me and kept talking.

Couldn’t even finish ordering from here. had to drive to another mcds. Who ever was at drive through didn’t sound like she even wanted to be there. instead of asking can I help you she said what do you want. Then after I said first thing she says go to window I wasn’t even done ordering like if a person has that much careless to even take my order definitely don’t want that kind of person handling my food. This ain’t the first time this happened at this exact mcds
The staff was just talking to each other and they don't take your order Also, be careful when you enter the bathroom you can find people consuming foreign substances through their noses.

Ordered on the app for a quick pickup. When i went to pick it up, I waited in the lobby for my food for 20 minutes before anyone helped me. When I finally get someone to help, I told him I wanted a refund because I wouldn’t take the food that had been sitting out for 30 minutes while I waited. Both managers glared at me as I left and never bothered to acknowledge me before. I will never be going back to this establishment.

Lobby was supposedly closed but the door was open and I entered because it had a whole side full of people, now assuming it was the workers friends. Couldn’t even give a DoorDash order out before kicking me out. 11/09/24 @ 8:25pm. Pretty lame. Pic was at and can’t see the rest since it was taken from drive thru 8:34pm

Holy cow. I don't expect much from McDonald's to begin with but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a location. We got pulled up for 30 minutes to wait on 4 cheeseburgers, 2 mcdoubles, 6 fries, 40 nuggets. There were no orders ahead of us. Then we got stale fries and were shorted food that we had to spend another 10 minutes proving we were still missing (2 mcdoubles). Attitudes all around and each person we dealt with was worse than the last. The entire experience was the biggest cluster fudge ever.
TLDR: Don't expect a lot from McDonald's, but avoid this location.
