I went with some friends to get something to eat. The service was extremely slow. The entire place smelled like Marijuana to. I stood at the register for a very long time while everyone in the back just stared at me and kept talking.

Couldn’t even finish ordering from here. had to drive to another mcds. Who ever was at drive through didn’t sound like she even wanted to be there. instead of asking can I help you she said what do you want. Then after I said first thing she says go to window I wasn’t even done ordering like if a person has that much careless to even take my order definitely don’t want that kind of person handling my food. This ain’t the first time this happened at this exact mcds

Ordered on the app for a quick pickup. When i went to pick it up, I waited in the lobby for my food for 20 minutes before anyone helped me. When I finally get someone to help, I told him I wanted a refund because I wouldn’t take the food that had been sitting out for 30 minutes while I waited. Both managers glared at me as I left and never bothered to acknowledge me before. I will never be going back to this establishment.

Lobby was supposedly closed but the door was open and I entered because it had a whole side full of people, now assuming it was the workers friends. Couldn’t even give a DoorDash order out before kicking me out. 11/09/24 @ 8:25pm. Pretty lame. Pic was at and can’t see the rest since it was taken from drive thru 8:34pm

Holy cow. I don't expect much from McDonald's to begin with but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a location. We got pulled up for 30 minutes to wait on 4 cheeseburgers, 2 mcdoubles, 6 fries, 40 nuggets. There were no orders ahead of us. Then we got stale fries and were shorted food that we had to spend another 10 minutes proving we were still missing (2 mcdoubles). Attitudes all around and each person we dealt with was worse than the last. The entire experience was the biggest cluster fudge ever.
TLDR: Don't expect a lot from McDonald's, but avoid this location.

I was greeted by a friendly and chipper woman. She greets you with a hello, welcome to McDonald’s. How may I take your order when you walk through the door. Her name was Jadia, her colleagues were very nice. I asked for their names their name and she graciously gave me their names, General Manager, Ana. One of the nicest ladies I have ever met as a general manager. She was also working with Alan. Who when he hands you your food asks you if you need anything else and if you are missing any condiments, please come up and tell either him or one of his other colleagues and they will get them for you and please enjoy your meal. Jamie was in the kitchen and made one of the best Big Mac I’ve had. Mia who was one of the shift managers was making sure the drive-thru was getting there food. Every time I go to this McDonald’s, I am always greeted with politeness and courtesy and you owe this to the general manager. Who knows how to keep her employees up-to-date with everything you need to know how to keep your customers happy.

We got our food and everything was ok and the gentleman that helped us was awesome. Then when we went to get ice cream the gentleman was not there and the 3 females up front wouldn't even acknowledge one gentleman that had come in the door or myself. When a teenage boy came in one woman came to help him but still wouldn't acknowledge the gentleman and I. When I walked off I heard her say something to the gentleman but she never said a word to me. I felt discriminated against because I am white and the employees are black.

My order was all wrong. Only thing hit was fries and no salt. Burgers had sauce all over. It was all over the wrapper and burger was cold. Took it back to get money back and they act like I didn't just come thru. I didn't even take a bit of the burger. Took it out looked how was made and was like hell no. Let me turn around and have remade when they acted funny I was like just give me my money back.
