went at 11pm tonight, they said they were closed, yet menus were on and they have a 24 hour drive thru sign. the man wouldn’t even come to the window to say they were closed just made a motion to me that they were closed. nobody even put on the headset to say over the speaker they were closed, very rude and wasted time sitting there waiting for them to even tell me anything. will not recommend this location or return in the future.

Very nice to deal withParking: Clean parking lot. The gentleman at the register is very patient with my card not working. Usually McDonald's treats you like redneck trash. I have to say one of my favorite places to eat.

I think it's a trend for McDonald's in this area to have poor service, sloppy food, and illiterate cooks. Can't read a ticket? Extra cheese means extra. No ketchup means NO ketchup. My 13 yo could do better.

I have had mixed experience from this place because I stopped by often after attending Mass at St. Paul Church on WSU campus.One day it is quick and some days I waited over 12 minutes for an order placed ahead using the app on my phone.

Drove through at 10:15pm tonight. Didn’t even get to order in the drive through before someone said “we’re closed”. Even though there is a 24hour sign out front and on google it states they are 24hrs. So rude and completely unprofessional.

I went through the drive through at 10:18pm tonight and no one answered but a car was there. I said “Hello?” And got no response. Drove past the window and a gal in a managers shirt was standing there smirking. They made eye contact with me prior as I was originally pulling in too ??♀️

I have been here multiple times when they are listed as open on google and there has been lines of people and lights on but they never take orders or say they are open. Basically if you come after 10 they won’t serve you!

My favorite part about this store, or any Lane store, is the consistency. They consistently treat you like garbage and resent you for being there, and they consistently serve low quality, poorly slopped together food.
