By far the shittiest McDonald's I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for 3 things would not recommend this location at all and this isn't the first time either

Came to pick up a mobile order.... sat in the parking stall for over 20 minutes only for them to bring out half my order and it's wrong. Go in to get the rest of my order and they just had my burger sitting to the side. Then when I get home to finally eat my cold food the burger is covered in way too much bbq sauce and there is no bacon on it. Had the wrong dipping sauce for my nuggets. Happens regularly. Why give people the option of picking a sauce if you just grab whichever one you want anyway. This location is complete TRASH! Have tried giving them chance after chance. I'm done! Read your tickets!

Been waiting 3 days for a refund of $20.51 because I showed up to pick up my food through the drive thru, told them I was there to pick up my online order, gave them my pick up code, and they cancelled it. So I left with NO FOOD AND NO REFUND. Called the corporate office and was supposed to have a call back from the supervisor. Still no call and still have not received a refund on my account. Side note: while I was waiting inside for them to fix this (which they never did. Was told there was nothing they could do), at least 3 other people had been given the wrong order, or had orders that were messed up. Never going back to that incompetent store again!
I just placed an order and the order they gave me was not my order I didn't check the bag before I got home because the gentleman told me that my sauce made it into the bag (I ordered nuggets) I glanced inside and saw the fries and the drinks were the right drinks I get home and there's no nuggets no burgers just some quarter pounders playing with Mac sauce (which is not even close to what I ordered) I drive back up there having already waited a lengthy amount of time to get my order taken but I was patient now I pull up and there is a long line so I have to wait even longer than last time. I get to the speaker box and nobody tells me to wait to hold on nothing it's just completely silent for probably two three minutes The car in front of me pulls forward so I just go ahead. Carlos the manager completely dumbfounded didn't even apologize and didn't offer me any kind of coupon or anything not even an apology. Had no care to fix a situation on top of that I got my original food that had been sitting there that was supposed to go to me I could tell because it was cold dry and nasty. Oh yeah and my Fanta tasted like soda water because they are out of syrup in the Fanta but decided to serve it anyway. I hate going to this location. But it's closest to my house and the other location I go to was packed full so I took the chance and learned why I shouldn't ever go back here. No thanks to the non-caring manager Carlos!

Ordered deluxe mcCrispy was barley warm looked liked someone stood across the room like horse shoes and threw the lettus and tomatoes on the sandwich. I will never buy another one there.

They give me the wrong order, they don't even apologize for making you go back to get the correct order and the second time they were already giving me the order without my drink, wrong order again. I will not go to this McDonald's again. TERRIBLE
