I want to start off saying I usually dislike eating or ordering from McDonalds in general. Other locations either get the Order wrong or take too long or have thrown together food. I work close to the West Sweet and Taft location- so occasionally go there to grab a snack and really just because I love the sweet tea. What I realized today is that every time I have gone the service is fast and efficient here and the food is delicious and they always get my order correct. The fries are salted perfectly. The tea is super sweet and not over iced so you can enjoy more of it. The burgers are juicy and well put together and tasty. So, at least for this west street location, I have to say they are, and have been, doing a great job whenever I go. Thanks for the great food and service yall keep up the good work!

Time and time again I go to this as my local McDonalds, every time the staff will either skimp me on food, as well as waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. More than once I’ve had to go back immediately after receiving my food because it was cold.

Went thru drive thru at 2:35pm, it was not busy. I was asked if I was using the mobile app I said no and then was told that they we're only accepting mobile orders. Since when does your business not want to take drive thru orders thru the drive-thru. Make that makes sense.

Asked for no onion and no pickle, don't understand why they visibly wipe all the condiments and onions off and give me the burgers loaded with onions between the patties.
