My wife made a mobile order for me to pick up. We have done this many times at many locations. Apparently according to the children working at this location I had to drive home and get her phone so they could ping it even though it was paid for and I had the email with number and confirmation it was done. So I drove all the way home and back. Food is done and cold by now. They couldn't find our order by the time we made it back as they put in it was picked up already. Do not ever go to this location!

Just a heads up they apparently "can't take 100 dollar bills". They don't tell you this though until after you've wasted your time putting in an order. Pretty ridiculous that a multi billion dollar company can't accept a 100 dollar bill. Like there isn't thousands of dollars worth of change in that store. And they were rude as hell about it too.

Would never go here again a employee working the drive-thru had a disagreement with my passenger and the point system online the employee who was working the drive-thru was very rude very disrespectful and used profanity I would never go here again as long as that dude's working there therefore bad service do better McDonald'
