They made me wait 40 minutes for a basic meal and then gave it to thee wrong person, and then when I went in it took me asking 5-6 times for help until they even helped me and when they remade my food the messed it up

Somehow every single time I come through this drive thru I either get ignored, or told to wait and then numerous people get served out of the other drive thru lane as I sit and wait close to 10 minutes just to give my mobile order code. Every time I come through I experience this. Makes 0 sense. I'm happy to wait if something is going on, but to be told to wait then ignored while others get served through the same drive thru is kind of wild.

Wish I asked for names but the early morning crew is so kind and professional. The young gentleman that took my order was very pleasant, as was the manager who handed me my food ( I believe she was the manager) great service

Ordered my food 20 minutes before I even showed up and had to wait another 30 min for the food and didn't even get what I ordered. This hiring anyone who puts in an application is not cutting it, hire normal people.

You order food and ask them to take things off and I still put them on there and then they give you the wrong shit and your fries are always cold. It always takes so long to even go through the drive-through there. It’s ridiculous. They got so many workers but not much going on in there doesn’t make any sense every time I leave there I am pissed.

The drive thru staff had much to be desired. I realize it was 1:45am and busy, but that is no excuse to be rude & snippy.
This will be my closest location after my move & I am honestly concerned as we do a lot of business with McDonald’s. I have in excess of 20,000 points on the app. Hopefully they get it figured out soon.
