This is 1 of 3 McDonald's I go to in Wichita area. It is my main one for sure. They are always on top of it. I would say they took too long 1 out of 100 times and I was in a rush so they refunded my money and I moved on. I can't believe they have this low of rating! They should be 4 stars or above easy. I'm gonna grab dinner right now.

Tonight great friendly service hot food I wish I was smart enough to remember the order takers name. (Jan 8 2025 at about 1010pm ) She is always friendly polite helpful and has a smile for you. Probably the best window person I have ever experienced at any fast food place ever!!

I placed a mobile order. I chose to pick up through the drive thru because the curbside pick-up always takes forever at this location. It turns out the same is true for drive thru, too. I waited 20 minutes for 3 of the $5 McDouble meals. The only customized item was to make one of them a plain double hamburger (leave everything off the McDouble except ketchup). The girl at the window was aggressive and rude when we pulled up, then parked us without explanation. When she finally brought our order to the car, nothing was hot like you'd expect it to be after a long wait. You'd assume you were waiting for fresh fries or nuggets, right? She wanted me to not only confirm that I was the mobile order, but wanted me to confirm every item I ordered (which I did when I pulled up to the window before being parked), and when I told her that was ridiculous (though I did it anyway). She told me it's their policy before handing out free food. I paid for my order. There wasn't anything free about it. Not only did I pay for my order, I already confirmed my order with you at the window (same girl), and you parked me for 20 minutes without reason, served the person you parked after me who also ordered a $5 meal, served me with an attitude like I was an inconvenience for being there, and the food was barely warm. I only wish I'd been able to see her name tag under her safety vest so I could talk to her supervisor about her lack of customer service skills.

I was in drive thru for 30 minutes and my overall experience was not good there was people behind us screaming and right up on my bumper on top of having to sit there for so long was obnoxious

I was going to order drive thru yesterday but, saw they actually still had a play area. I went inside to order with my two toddlers and I was feeling really scatterbrained. The guy I ordered with Jo Jo when I asked him his name was super patient and understanding. He didn't make me feel rushed and I even forgot my code to give to him to earn points until the end but, again super patient and understanding. A lot of places now and day's customer service has gone down hill. The McDonald's on Central and Tyler for example I refuse to go there because of their service and actually stopped going to McDonald's for sometime all together. They should really use the example of customer service I received when I went to this location on Hydraulic. I've even ordered drive thru before and remembered after this visit, Jo Jo was the one I ordered with and my 3 year old son wanted his window down to say hi to him. He was super nice talking to my son and my son enjoys talking to people! Even with the hectic holidays, he showed what excellent customer service is! I would know, I worked in customer service for over 15 years. McDonald's, give him a raise.

One of the most horrible McDonald's I've been to. They don't know how to give you fresh food. Nor do they know how to make a frappe. I ordered a frappe and it was just all watery and disgusting. My husband got some food and they had use first stickers on the breakfast burritos and one had a black piece of potatoes. They really need to get rid of the management at this location. The only person who is nice and helpful is Joe. He treats you with respect and always helps.

If you make any modifications to your food be sure to double check before leaving. Cooks and management are quick to not read the screen when preparing the order. This has happened a handful of times and they don't care.

Stopped here for curbside pick up after I had ordered the food ahead on the app. Arrived at 6:40pm for our pick up. At 7:00pm I went inside to find out what was taking so long. All the employees were in the back acting like chickens with their heads cut off even though there was only 4-5 people in the lobby and none in drive thru. No one asked me if I needed help. No one spoke to me period when I walked inside. If it wasn’t for my kids I would have made them waste their time and just take it back and get my money back. These clowns really want to be paid more but can’t load up fries and nuggets into a box on time or open their mouth when someone walks in and say hello? Right.

Worst MC I've ever been to in my life, the place smelled like pee, I ordered a burger with bacon and it came without. I complained and they gave me super cold slices. And it took too long for our food to be ready. Totally disorganized.

Bad drive thru service I was ordering then the person changed their voice to a high pitched voice so I ordered in a higher pitched voice. I didn’t feel comfortable with the weird vibe. I drove off don’t want any surprise in my food. You creep customers off not taking your job seriously is bad service.
