Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and told the person that I had ordered from the app, they said okay and never came back to the speaker. After waiting while three other cars went through the other speaker lane, I finally pulled around to the cash window and explained to her what happened. When I made it to the second window, they tried to give me someone else's food.

Would rate 0 stars if could. Went there to order placed order, then found out they didnt even ring it up right and charged me for a Deluxe McCrispy which is more expensive when I said regular. Got my food and I'm missing my 2 mcdoubles and all of the food has an old stale taste when it was supposed to be fresh and well done. Got everything remade and still isn't well done and they give me a medium instead of large fries which I paid for and a regular McCrispy but no refund for the extra it cost for a deluxe. Staff was also hostile and aggressive when told food was incorrect and even got hung up on

The worst McDonald's on the face of the planet. Always slow. Your order will be wrong. Employees are rude. You will be in the drive thru for 30 min during lunch rush drive two mile east and go to a great McDonalds location. It's a joke. Avoid at all cost.

the employee lilly stofer gave me great customer service and is very nice and respectful Everybody was really nice and my food was done super fast and it was really fresh I love going to this McDonald’sPreviously when I went in this store they always messed up something, even how to say the name of the sandwich, aka Filet-O-Fish pronounced "fill-it." But this time there was an all new staff and everything turned out perfect!What can be said about McDonald's that everyone doesn't already know? It's not going to be gourmet food, but it will never be bad. It will be exactly like it was the last time you had it. Wherever in the world you had it. Whether it's been a week or decades, the food has remained the same since 1948. You would have to be over 75 years old to even remember a time when McDonald's wasn't the standard by which all other fast food is measured. I'll be honest, McDonald's isn't my favorite, but I still eat here often enough. There is something comforting and almost nostalgic about stopping by a familiar place and eating familiar food. Manager was a total b.... And the employees rude and the food was just sloppy as hell. Couldn't get them to remake my son food he picky. But they was just so rude to him. And then when he came back to the table upset I asked what happen he said the lady yelled at him. So I went up there then the lady proceeded to flip on me. So I asked if there was a problem she said yes there is can't you see I'm busy getting orders for drive thru. I said yes I can see that. But we done been paid for our food and it's not correct she said well if the kid wasn't so picky you could of done ate and been gone and not holding up my drive thru. So rude and disrespectful. Out right uncalled for. Never will go back to that McDonald's ever. And if my son didn't like McDonald's so much we wouldn't go back to McDonald's period ever.
