Coldest food I've ever had from McDonald's and when I went inside it was the dirtiest atmosphere I've ever experienced. The tables were dirty, it felt like I was walking in a movie theater. When I tried to get a refund/trade in the manager was unsupportive and uncaring. Worst experience at a McDonald's ever.

I ordered a single drink and it took more than 11 mins to get a single drink. That’s the worst kind of customer service ever. Literally just getting a drink nothing else. Drinks should take less than 2 mins at best. There is only 2 customers in store and 3 in drive. Unacceptable won’t be coming to this location again.

Every time I go here it’s the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at in the 50 states I’ve traveled to.. called to ask for there store number and corporates number and they hung up on me and laughed..

12/14/2024: 5:12 pm Never expected this location to have such good quality. My Hot n Spicy McChicken was actually fresh enough to be crispy and that double cheeseburger was juicy and melty. It's gotta be a really busy spot, so I'm not sure how they pulled it off. I'm looking forward to going back for a good cheap eat after my next Sam's Club trip.

Ordered 5 normal sasage McGriddles... got to the window and was asked if we ordered a total of 10 we said no we just wanted 5 he than said they come in pairs so then we said ok? 6 then. Get to the window and they gave us three. So we said no we wanted 5 total the guy at the last window said they come in pairs so we changed it to 6.. so they charged us for 2 more and then we leave and there is no sasage on our mcgriddles... I will never go to this mcdonald's again....

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order through the app, which included fries, but they were missing from my bag. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Ana, she refused to resolve the issue or provide the missing item, even after I showed proof of my order. This lack of customer service was frustrating and unexpected. I hope management improves their handling of customer concerns in the future.

Whoever is the working the register never gave me a receipt. Pretty sure they’re stealing points for the app.
Stopped in at 6am, just moved to Kansas and haven't had my morning cravings (McDonald's breakfast & a frappe) in 2 months. I was excited when I ordered but then..... ? So, I ordered 4 items at the drive through speaker and lady just kept saying "is that it!?" As if her job is boring her or it's not her job to take orders!?!? Either way, my order wasn't repeated to me for accuracy but I didn't think about it. Get to pay, and it's only for 1 item, and nothing more. I tell the next lady and she looks at me like I'm dumb as hell, obviously couldn't understand what I said. She called lady #1 over, and they proceed to stare at the monitor and go back n forth in Spanish for a few minutes. After telling this lady the issue 3-4 times, she comes back with the rest of my order and says she can't pay at that window, so she's just gonna give me the rest for free. Oh how I don't mind free food, HOWEVER.... It's really uncalled for & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO LISTEN WHEN TAKING ORDERS. I mean... THATS YOUR JOB!? Plus, it's irritating as a customer when you can't even get orders correct but look at us like we are ignorant. The entire time I talked to lady #2, the other lady never came back to the window & neither of them apologized for the inconvenience
We've definitely gotta do better than this!
