Poor customer service they got my order wrong and when I got home I called the manager and explained what happened but because I didn't have a ride back to store right then I'm just screwed anywhere else would credit you for the next time u could make it by there store not this McDonald's they told me I was pretty much screwed they screwed my order up and because I don't have a car there not going to fix what they messed up

Ordered a medium caramel frappe, had to wait 5 minutes after my order was already out to receive my drink, ordered a big breakfast with bacon and hot cakes, got sausage instead. They are not that busy here when I came in. Takes forever to get someone to help you at the front. I never really liked this location. I have a feeling I won't be back.

Ordered 4 Large Breakfast pancake meals with 2 med coffees. The meals were supposed to come with 3 hotcakes, sausage, biscuit, and a hash brown. 1 was missing the sausage and another was missing the biscuit.They only put 4 packs of sugar in the bag with 8-10 creamers, and that was supposed to suffice for the 2 coffees. When asked for more sugar, NOT cream, the lady gave me only 3 more packs! 1 pack does NOT equate to a full spoonful!I drove away shaking my head in amazement at the ignorance that unfolded before me!I simply went to Dollar General across the street and purchased an entire box of sugar, coffee, and cream, along with other breakfast items!All to avoid having to endure this stupidity ever again!!!They screws up the burger meals that you order in the evenings, and now they screw up the breakfast orders in the mornings!A bunch of MISFITS!!!I believe the key is to order ONLY one meal at a time! Then circle around the drive thru and put in the next one! This way they will only have to process ONE order at a time, because multiple orders obviously cause confusion, and something will definitely be missing!!! SMH

Second time here. Second issue. Waited 30+ minutes on indoor order. Approach the counter to inquire. Ignored for another 5 solid minutes while staff stares at their phones and jokes around. To finally receive attention, no apology not even a what can I help you with. Handed my receipt across. And a few minutes later received cold food, still no apology. Called corporate (Lane Enterprises) who assure me it would be made right. Decided to give another shot today, same issue. Not only did we get to wait forever on the food again with no one else in the lobby. The food was cold and the order was all wrong. Extremely disappointed in Lane Enterprises for allowing this kind of continued operation.

Great place to stop. The restaurant was clean. We were able to enjoy the kids play area "The Gym". This was a great place to unwind and allow my child to play and run off some energy as we traveled through. Conveniently located near Sam's club and other major stores.Parking: Open parking lot. Entrances on both sides of building near street.Kid-friendliness: Has a play area! Many high chairs located in the kids area I recall seeing at least 4, plus a few more in the front. Very large table in kids area, lots of tables and chairs for the guests.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheel chair individuals. Accommodations for wheelchairs at tables. Play area has wide entry where an adult can assist, wheelchair will not be able to be used on the play area itself.

This post is past due. This is from a lousy experience at this chain March last year. Maria (Hispanic female with a mole or wart on her face) was the mngr at the time. My family came in town for a wedding and did a McD mobile order. The gentleman that we spoke to via the intercom saw the order. When we got to the 1st window to get our receipt, the lady there said she couldn't see it but to go ahead and move forward. Moved forward to the next window and somehow they still couldn't see the order. I went inside and spoke to Maria. I asked for my food and she basically told me no. I told her it's been paid for and showed her the order on my phone. It said pending and she said it would get cancelled. After some time going back and forth, I knew better, but had to leave to get ready for wedding. Long story short, I contacted this lousy McD multiple times. Spoke to Maria and others. They were supposedly going to mail me my refund ($46.48) and guess what, I never got it.I contacted customer service on-line. Their response: "Customer Care has immediately shared the information provided with the local franchise owner organization of the restaurant, as they are best suited to review and address your concern." Never heard from them. I have been to plenty enough McD and this place is just trash. Check out the other reviews.
