They NEVER get it right.Ask for fresh they still give mummified pucks.especialy breakfast. Order sweet tea get regular iced tea.If you dont have a lot of patience, stay away.

I was at the McDonald’s to pick up a delivery order. I stood therefore over 10 minutes with no employee acknowledging me so I was looked at numerous times. I finally had to ask if that order was ready cause I could see that I’ve been back but nobody has asked me anything. Would not ever go to this McDonald’s if I didn’t have to.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Closest location to my house and I would drive further to get better service. Placed a mobile order. Pulled up 21 minutes later to get my order. I was informed they don't start the mobile order until you arrive? Since when ? Then I only received half my order. Online order PZ28.

Spent a lot of money. Got home and my hamburger was missing stuff and looked awful. Called up there and talked to them. Got kids eating and drove back up there. Got the sandwich went home.....it was wrong again. Called up there 4 times got no answer. Finally on my 5 call they answered and I talked to the same man. He acted like he could care less. Won't go there again.

The morning people have no manners there is no please or thank you or.even telling you your change.just dump in your hand and slam the window . Ill.go out of my way to.go somewhere else.....morning only.....afternoon shift literally walked away to get her a Sri k as soon as I stood at register then when I was waiting she printed off theblast 4 receipts took pictures on her phone and threw them away....it's just a shady McDonald's in my opinion

I went here yesterday (as of posting this) because I wanted a naughty treat after my 9hr shift at work... ordering process was fine, service was alright, nothing too out off the ordinary. But when I got home to enjoy my food it all went downhill, the food didn't have anything immediately wrong, tasted fine I guess, I mean it was McDonald's, what would you expect?
Well I certainly didn't expect to get food poisoning from the experience... I got a stomach ache a couple hours after eating it so I just decided to go to bed, woke up at around 2am and shot up out of my bed, ran to the restroom and vomited violently for like 15 mins. MOST of it got in the toilet thankfully, but still. I've only had food poisoning a couple times in my life but this was by far the worst case of it. Whatever you do, please save yourself the pain and avoid this location. It's not worth it. If I could vote negative stars, I would. Only saving grace this location has is the service wasn't horrible and the atmosphere wasn't bad. But like... what's the point if the food is poisonous? Lol

This was the worst McDonalds I Have ever ate at. We were driving through on a road trip and they took 15 mins fixing our order at the drive through because the employee messed it up although the manager was very nice it still was a hassle then we get our food and none of it was fresh especially the fries. They tasted old and cold in the middle so my husband went inside to have them refresh it they also did not add pickles to my sandwich although it said right on the box add pickles but I didn’t even think it was worth the time to even complain about that. The employee argued with my husband telling him to just take the fries while the manager was asking them what happened they apparently drained all the oil out of the fryer and just gave us the left overs that had been sitting out for quite some time. Despite us hearing this the employee was still arguing with us as well as the manager saying they should just take them I’m not remaking them while the manager argued back with her. Incredibly unprofessional. We got our fries remade and they were incredibly oiled even the bag was soaking through with oil and it was not salted. I kinda feel as if this was done on purpose. Needless to say we will never be eating at that McDonald’s again. Seems like very lazy inappropriate unprofessional employee with unsafe food concerns.
Don't go here when you order your food online and get there to pick up they have it ready and sitting in the cold Neglecting your order till about 10 to 15 minutes or longer and serving you your cold food that u order that should be hot and ready. There service skills need to be retrained. 1 start to all but food. Food I'll give at least 3.

Don’t use curbside here ever. I’ve watched 15 cars go through before got my food. And it’s always like that usually food comes out cold.
