This McDonald's is extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes just for 4 Mcdoubles and 2 medium fries, while staff inside just stood around and did nothing.

The worst customer service. Waited for 9 mins for someone to take my order and then no please or thank you nothing just a bad a attitude also what im assuming is the manager or GM in a purple button up shirt is just standing against the counter in the back on her phone. While I'm still waiting on my cup after ordering my food 8 minutes. Come on McDonald's you can definitely do better than that

I go to this location almost every other day in order two cheeseburgers on the app before I go into work. My app said my order was ready it gave me my code for that specific address store. I pull up to the drive-thru and she says that it was placed at a different store. I tried to explain to her ma'am I understand that your computer says that it's at a different store but my app says that it's at this location I even asked her the address and I confirmed it with her. She told me I was not understanding and then proceeded to yell at me through the intercom. I pulled up to the first window and I asked her if she was a manager she said yes and I said what is your name she said she does not have to give me her name and I told her I was going to email corporate office about this and I needed her name for the email she told me I did not need to do that and close the door on me. I got on the highway and proceeded to call the store and talk to The woman I spoke with in person on the phone. I also recorded the call so I could add that as an attachment to corporate. I advised her that the call was being recorded and she gladly gave me her name Stephanie the manager. And proceeded to apologize for her behavior. Listen I'm not one of those guys that gets pissed off that the order is wrong I'm not a 500 lb dude I don't need my McDonald's. But for somebody who's in the service industry to immediately just yell and attempt to belittle somebody and it drive-thru that's unexcusable. I will not be returning back to that location. Now I have to drive out of my way to a different location if I ever want McDonald's again. Stephanie lost some business today. I just hope she can do better in the future. Let's be honest it's not that demanding of a job.

Supervisor is power hungry manager was nice very poor service slow 25 minutes in line to get 1 diet coke super visor fired new hires and then went home no way to supervise employees ill tempered and arrogrant!!! will not go back to this location.

snotty attitude every single time coming here. all the employees sit and chat and laugh it up but when your wondering why your food that should take 5 mins is taking 20 they get a attitude. worse cuter service ive ever had at a mcdonald’s. do NOT come here better off going to one of the other food places close by

Whether I order in person, drive-through, DoorDash, this store never serves fresh nor good food. The employees that work at this location are rude. Every time I come through the drive-through the food is never good. Ordered from DoorDash this morning and received burnt food and cold hashbrowns. Typical for this location!!! 🙄

This is the worst location. It's always ridiculously slow, staff aren't responsive, food is old and cold. Every time, without fail. It's a shame because it's such a convenient location for busy days.

Had a problem with the app and the gentleman at the first window told me to pull to the 2nd window to ask the mgr so I did and she was very rude and unprofessional told me to figure it out and move from the drive thru because peoples food were getting cold , there was one car behind me and I was maybe there 20 seconds. This isn’t the first time she’s been unprofessional but this one kinda pushed it to the edge for me . Never go to this location. It’s very dirty in the inside and has a foul smell. Employees are very rude and don’t acknowledge you. Something needs to be done about this because you deserve customer service when you go to a business. Pretty sure her name is Brenda.. she needs a to be let go.
