Your people need to learn to listen. Is a customer is asking for honey, that means they want honey. That’s it. Honey. If tjey wanted honey mustard, and especially if they wanted to pay extra for it, they would have specified honey MUSTARD not just regular honey. You people really need to do better

Placed my order via the app. Completed the mobile order at 8:32 am and didn't receive it until 8:48. Order appeared correct until we were well away from the restaurant. Then it was discovered that the Egg McMuffin that was special ordered to NOT include Canadian bacon, had Canadian bacon and was inedible.

Waited for them to make tea and then they dropped it on our car and she just turned around and said nothing. Crazy bad service.

They got roaches. Had to throw everything away. I saw a roach on the window when I picked up my food and then one came out the bag. And no it was NOT from the Wingstop bag. I’m gagging because I was literally eating fries out of it . Omg
Service at this location is going downhill quickly. Earlier this week I ordered for curbside pick up and waited nearly 30minutes after checking in to finally go inside and found that they had cancelled my order and had to dig my ticket out of the trash to fulfill my order. Then today it lets you order for curbside but will not let you check in and you have to go inside to get your order because curbside is closed.

Just tried to order breakfast for my family and the woman in the drive thru barely spoke english and had to tell me she didnt understand multiple times, and then halfway through my order says is that all and i say no i need more she tells me the total and goes mute. I wasnt done and i said that multiple times and she decided i was done. Terrible service didnt even get my food i just drove out of the drive thru and went to a different one. My jaw dropped i can’t believe they hire people like this.

Was there yesterday. Will never ever be back. Odered the bbq double bacon qpc. No bacon. And cheese was not in sandwich Plastered with bbq sauce. And shamrock shake had to be made 3 times. A mcflurry in a cardboard box isn't a shamrock shake. Sometimes not going back fixes the problem . 💯
