This location is supposed to be 24 hours and being on 2nd shift it’s helpful when I’m in a pinch for something to eat after work, but apparently it’s not for some retarded reason anymore I guess and there is clearly a few workers inside and they refuse to respond to one single customer who’s just getting off work after a long shift. It don’t take them but a few minutes to make something, especially since it’s virtually all premade cause ain’t nothing natural about this place lol.

I had my autistic grandson with me and he was having a meltdown in the store and acting up and I was having trouble with the cashier understanding my order The manager La Quinta stepped in she was able to get my order right she recognized I was having a really bad day and having a hard time with my grandson , she was so kind so calm and so considerate of my needs and she paid for my meal, I was having an awful day it was my grandson's birthday nobody showed up for the party and he was having a meltdown because of his ASD he was over stimulated it was just an awful day for me and she really turned my day around and she bought our food out to us when it was ready , she has the kindest heart of anybody I have met in a long time and it really helped me to get my grandson calm down where he could eat his food without being over stimulated. I am very thankful for her and I very much appreciate her help she is the best manager in a restaurant I have ever met and I want to say thank you to La Quinta for her help , she definitely deserves a raise. I absolutely could not believe how patient and kind she was thank you!

Three times in the past 2 weeks I've tried the drive thru. The first time was inside lane where I was told to hold for a second as I watched the outside lane finish ordering, then the next car taking 73 seconds to order, then the following car (which had to pull up because no one else was in line) was ordering when I voiced my disappointment and was answered with an apology for the wait. Yesterday at lunch with son in vehicle, inside lane, pulled up and no response. Waited 2 cars to go through outside lane when son asked what was going on and I prompted if anyone was home and someone abrupty said order when youre ready, as if they were waiting. This morning breakfast, outside lane no one there, waited 26 seconds for inside lane to finish. Waited another 40 seconds for the car that pulled up behind it and now had people behind me, then another 27 seconds as the third vehicle finished (again wasn't there when I was in front of speaker) in the inside lane when I said "hello", no reponse, just left the establishment. Food has been precise but process and courtesy/etiquette is nonexistent

Absolutely horrible! Blonde hair guy and 2 other workers weren’t doing there job, sat in drive through with other people for over 10 minutes and it was still 45 minutes till they closed so I had to knock on the door to get them to stop talking and actually take my order. They are lazy and very rude and don’t want to work!

Went through the drive-thru, the guy was hard to understand and didnt seem to know how to put orders in. We pay and get to the second window, asked for more sauce since we only had one of each, they wouldn’t give us any. I had asked for no cheese or onions, and they put both of those on there. The staff were rude and lacked customer service skills. Will NEVER go there again. Paid $30 to not get what i wanted as a customer and then treated poorly on top of that. Get it together. You make $18 an hour, my order was not hard.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to cheese.

Would be nice that if they advertise that the drive through is open until 12 , they would still serve you at 11:15 Very disappointed

Laquinta, manage, was most helpful and patient helping me with MacDonald app. Very professional and gracious. Cashier was also nice and patient. I am a senior person and appreciate their help.
