I am concerned about my safety because of a slip hazard, despite wearing nonslip shoes. This issue stems from flooding and a leaking roof. Management asserts that the problem is “fixed,” yet it still leaks whenever it rains. I sincerely hope they read this message and take the necessary steps to address the situation, as water from the roof is dripping into the coffee pots.

My fiancé sat in the line for 30 minutes while they ignored and took the orders of what appeared like every other car and missed like three cars while he was there alone just simply because they would ignore them. Countless cars pulled away bc they waited too long. It’s hard for McDonald’s to be bad but jeez does this one take the cake for sucky service and simply not worth it.

The customer service was absolutely awful. We did not receive straws, we didn’t get ice in either of our beverages, and didn’t get the condiment we asked for. The people at the window never said a word to us and never smiled or made any kind of gesture.

Ordered a dbl qtr hamburger... Why did I get charged for a double quarter hamburger. But got charged for a dbl with cheese no cheese.. that's what we call stealing and fraud.
