I wish I could give the day and night crew two different ratings. Daytime, this place is great. Nighttime, they close early and then give you attitude when you ask them why. A manager flat out walked away while I was trying to talk to him.

When I arrived, there were only 4 cars in front of me. After being "greeted" at the drive thru, I gave me order and proceeded to wait behind the car in front of me. After not moving for 5 minutes, the car in front of me drove off, as did I. It's not my 1st time waiting for a lengthy time at this location. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance. Wrong decision. It's Braums or Spangles from now on.

I place an order at 10 o'clock for a sausage. Egg mcgriddle combowaited for 25 minutes before. My order came out to my car and literally 10 people went through the drive through after I did and got food. Every time we come here the service is

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The service here is terrible and every time I order something is messed up. Going through the drive thru they will speak to you with so much disrespect and if you order through door dash they will leave out something from your order every single time.

I placed my order and pulled up to the window to pay. It was closed but the manager was yelling at the young employee about messing up a previous order. It was entirely inappropriate and embarrassing. Then I pulled forward and was given the wrong order. I did not realize until later and based on the interaction I witnessed, I did not go back or call!

Mediocre, but it's a McDonald's. Went inside to order to-go because there were a couple cars in line. My husband and I and 3 teenage kids in their own group were the only ones in there. The food we ordered has already been prepared and was warm but not hot. Employee did her job but was not friendly.
